Normally, night time is the best time to talk to Peter. Most adults are indoors at night so you'll have a better chance of talking to him then. But sometimes on rare occasions you might see him during the day. It depends where you are and who is with you. And for him to get comfortable around you, I'm not sure. I've seen him a few times, but i don't see him much anymore, so he may still not be comfortable. I would guess maybe a little over a month. And you'll know, you'll see more signs. Hope this helps! <3
