A sign?

Do you guys know if this necklace has anything to do with Neverland and Peter Pan?
Or at least something about that if it could be from Neverland.

I found it at a thrift store and it just spoke too me (Not literally) did peter maybe put it there for me too find (I was feeling down because Peter hasn't visited me in a long time).

And also if you need another picture just ask but your right about the symbol, whenever I look at it it reminds me of "Wendy" like how in the 2003 movie Peter gave her a "kiss"
