Talking to Peter + Feeling watched?

Okay so if you read my last question I had a dream about Peter coming into my room and because of that I've been trying to talk to him a lot lately because I'm starting to question if it's possibly a memory so I've been asking him if it is a memory or a vision and not just a dream and so yesterday when I was talking to him i said to him "I hope i can meet you one day" and I swear in my mind I instantly heard "You'll have to wait" or something like that and it's not just like something I thought it's hard to explain but it was so weird and also I heard it in a boys voice but I didn't hear it out loud I heard it in my mind (I probably sound crazy rn) but I was wondering like can Peter talk to you through your mind like telepathically? Also after that I went to sleep and I fell asleep a lot earlier than usual I went to sleep at like 9 or 10 because I was really tired and when I woke up it was exactly 3 (I checked my phone) and I felt really weird like I felt as if someone was there and I wanted to open my curtains to see if maybe Peter was there but I felt kinda scared but also excited and happy at the same time (it was such a weird feeling) but I really regret not checking the window now but oh well. But about the mind talking thing is that something Peter can do or am I just insane?
