Nate (Kyouhei) is a player character that using blue short-sleeved jacket and baggy gray shorts. Nate is almost like Sasuke in Naruto. He live in Aspertia City; and his female counterpart is Rosa. His rival is Hugh. Nate carries a bag that look like a laptop bag. He is using red visor, instead of hat; giving him minimal protection against sun.
If the player select Rosa, Nate will first met Rosa in Nimbasa City. He will join the player in a Tag Battle against Emmet and Ingo. After that, he will give the player the Vs. Recorder.
He is voiced by Tom Wayland in English, and Miyu Irino in Japanese.

Well some of you think Ash ages. Some say he's in a coma. Some say Ash doesn't age. I say Ash does in fact age. Time there goes by slowly. I will say that about a year is 1 Pokemon months. How does this relate to my theroy? Ash never had a birthday in a long time in real life. He is 12 I would think and events that people say that are yearly is actually monthly. The only proof that I have is that Ash is still the same age (in this case 12) then curtain events that happen yearly occur. So a Pokemon year is 5 times longer than in real life. That is all on this short theroy.
