These are the questions and answer options from the Sorting Hat demonstration at the Pottermore Press Conference:

In a fire, in which order would you save a nearly perfected cure for dragon pox that the headmaster has been working on for years, student school records dating back 1000 years, and Merlin's book?
(Not sure of the wording in that one, but I know those were the three objects and I got the gist of them.)
Then there was a question along the lines of "what do you most want to be known as," and there were maybe six options like the good, the wise, the kind, the great, etc.
What's your greatest fear? And the answer responses are small spaces, heights, being alone, and something else. I can't remember. :S
Which path would you take? Through the forest, to the castle, or on the beach.
I hope that eases your mind a bit! You don't get to be asked all of Jo's questions - my sister and I got slightly different sorting quizzes - but I think it's enough to get a good result. :)
There's one about what you find hardest to deal with, and the options are boredom, cold, hunger, loneliness and being ignored.
Also, I think the one about fear previously mentioned is actually a wand question.
Then there's one about what you're most excited to learn about at Hogwarts, and the options are Apparition, Everything Magic, Transfiguration, Flying Brooms, Hexes and Curses, Magical Creatures, and exploring the castle.
The last one I know is something about catching someone cheating, and you can either cover for them, tell the professor without telling the student, confront the student, or confess it to the whole class.

I'm not sure if those are all the answers or not.
1. A sparkling substance ( there is more to it but I couldn't be bothered)
2. A purple liquid
3. A hot yellow liquid
4. A ink like substance
(Add "Darkness")
Another question:
What do you pride yourself most one?
(There are several options including "Imagination", etc)
And the "What do you want to be known as" is actually "What do you want to be known as to history?" And the options are "The Bold", "The Good", "The Wise", and "The Great".
If you could open one chest, which would it be?
-A pewter chest engraved with 'I only open for the worthy'
-A box with something squeaking inside.
-A tempting golden box (can't quite remember the details)
-A sleek black box that has the mark of Merlin on it.
Can't remember it word for word though :P
