Damion grinned as he cooked the eggs. Veronica's eyes brimmed with tears. She walked towards him and wrapped her arms around him.
"That was so sweet Damion...."
"And I meant it... Every word. Your perfection at its finest. Nothing can compare. Not the brightest star. The most exotic bird's beauty cannot even come close to the beauty that eminates from you. You. Are. Just. Perfect."
Veronica held him close and cried into his shoulder.
"I feel the same way.. Not even the richest man in the world could win me over. but here you are. Liveing a simple life. And you have my heart in the palms of your hands." she looked into his black eyes. they changed to a light brown with the flecks of gold still as an exception. He looked right back into her eyes. The vermillion color was fading. Now they were turning purple.
Their eyes were special. They were bound...
In other words, their eyes changed to match their moods. They could tell their moods from it.
Purple meant the person was happy.
Brown meant the person was telling the truth.
Gold flecks on a person's eyes are from lying though. Veronica's eyes were developing these from last night. Slowly but steady.
She stared at his eyes and brushed hair out his gorgeous eyes. Damion kissed her passionatly, holding her close to his body.
By this point he had totally forgotten about the eggs and brought her into their room. The bed was made, the sheets had a vine pattern on them. The pillows matched this aswell. The room was a vibrant red. Making it seem as though the whole house was meant to be covered in blood.
"Damion... You need to go back in the kitchen you know.."
"Ill turn off the stove... and I'll come back for you." He said grinning wickedly as he left the room striding toward the kitchen.
Veronica sat there, leaning against the wall and leaning on the pillows. Keeping a seductive smile upon her face as Damion came back. As he sat down, she grabbed him, pulled him atop of her, and kissed him. His fangs were bared. She looked at his teeth as though they were new. But to be honest. she had seen them before. She knew he was a vampire. She was becoming one as well. her smile widened as she saw them. Veronica licked one as he bite down on the lip. The bite was a sharp pain. the realization of it was strange. She wanted more but wanted it to stop...
