Help finding an episode!

My sister and I are trying to remember which episode Shawn builds a mashed potato mountain (a reference to Close Encounters of the Third Kind) - we're positive it's not "Not Even Close ... Encounters" S5.

He mentions it in that episode but he actually does it in the episode we're looking for - my sister thinks the scene happens in the Psych office.
