There are two clans, the Xiàngdǎo Clan, which is full of witches and wizards, and the Èmó Clan, which is full of Demons and other creatures.

Both clans have been in a internal war for thousands of years over a book, but not just any book it's called the ''Book of Mages'' The book holds every spell known to man, but only certain people know how to use the spells.

recently the Book has gone missing and both Clans are racing to be the first one to find it. the last Clan to have it was the Èmó clan, and the Xiàngdǎo clan is blaming them for loosing it, the first clan to find is wins, but be warned every year a battle wages, and the book can be taken from one clan to another.
