War. It's something we all know and fear. Often started for stupid reasons, and always resulting in countless deaths.

World War III was started in 2057. It ended in 2069, and was the cause of over 87 million deaths, of soldiers and innocents alike. This was when we realized that it had to stop.

In 2136, a World Council meeting was held to discuss a ban on all weapons or violent acts towards other countries. This law was officially passed in 2138. Any country which broke this law would be completely cut off by the rest of the world. Their goods would not be sold outside of their borders, nor would other countries sell to them. Their citizens would not be permitted to leave.

The law was followed for many years, and the world was at peace. But, of course, there were always people who were unhappy with the new ways.

The trouble started in 2853, when Germany was discovered making weapons of mass destruction. The weapons were destroyed, and Germany was cut off.

In 2934, the Italians were cut off for the same reason. The Brazilians followed in 2967.

Now the rest of the world was getting nervous. The banned countries were starting to act up. On top of that, many other countries were beginning to get angry and started playing the blame game. Most countries began making weapons in secret, knowing from history where things were going.

France launched the first attack in 3062, dropping poisonous gas bombs on Japan. 2 million people died that first day. Korea attacked next, dropping nuclear bombs on Canada.

World War IV officially started in 3064. It is now 3069. The war rages on. Enlist now. Support your country.

South America has made an alliance with Germany, France, Italy and England.

The rest of Europe is allied with Central America, Africa, the Caribbean and Australia.

~No godmod! Seriously, you can't dodge every bullet and hit every target. No fair.

~ Don't kill other people's characters without permission. That being said, do expect characters to die. This is war, after all.

~ When posting in a fight, give the other person a chance to react. No 'John shot Bob in the chest. The bullet went through his heart.' You wouldn't like it if someone was to make a post like that about your character. (But remember, no dodging every bullet. Seriously.)

~Swearing and sex is allowed, but try to keep it to a minimum, and keep the details to yourself.

~Suggestion: Make multiple characters. As I said before, people will die.

~Grammar. I dont want posts lokinng lk ths. I wild lk to kno wat u r sayng. Seriously, guys, we're not five year olds here.

~I understand that sometimes it's unavoidable, but keep the one-liners to a minimum, or this will never get anywhere.

~If you know that you won't be able to respond for a while (a few days or weeks for example) please say something in advance. Worst case scenario, someone else will be your character until you return.

~This is the most important rule of all: HAVE FUN!
