lolz now im no docter but...uhhh u shud sleep alot and eat lots veggies......but really thats kinda crazy because you cant make your self grow taller..it has to be in your genes you know what i mean??
Well, first you need to find 2 people. Then, you have them help you tie one rope to your hands, and one to your legs. After that, each person grabs a rope and pulls with all of their might. You should grow taller. If not, then you might wanna see a chiropractor.
ok, you may have already passed your growth spurts or you may be due for another anytime, depends how far along in your teens you are and when you started going through puberty. there is no "magic pill" to make you taller, but if you eat right and get your vitamins you can grow up relatively pain-free. Most girls stop growing taller by the time they hit their twenties, some sooner. Dont worry about how tall you are, just be happy with who you are! I am a little short for girls my age but i am finding that being little has its own advantages.
