It's really good! I love how you used alot of originality in this picture, and how you used bright colours and shading. The leg is about the only thing I see that could use a little improvement, but otherwise this is great! :)

You should try focusing some shading in the hair (to distinguish individual strands) and try to blend the line between the skin and the scales to give it a more naturally fused look.
