i am NOT joking!

when do you use this phrase in life and what thing(s) do you really NOT tolerate people joking about?

For me this would be violence. It makes me sick to think that any one would actually ENJOY the pain and suffering of another human being! I cant go ANYWHERE on the internet anymore without finding something like this...... I am fuming >x<
