There's a lot that it is, I'm too lazy to tell you. Just look it up. Basically, it's a mad, villainous bill that the U.S. Senate is currently in debate about passing. If it is passed, it will extremely restrict Internet freedom and its flow of information ridiculously. This is so serious, it's the first time the Wikimedia foundation has ever staged a protest. If it is passed, you can kiss the Internet you knew goodbye.
