What is a weird/bad habit that you have?

There. Are a lot.

I have a Top list, though:

I put things in front of every reflective surface before I go to bed. I'm just afraid that if I look in to it, something will be looking back from behind me.......

I chew on my knuckle. It hurts.

I chew my nails.

I'll start imitating character voices when I'm bored.

I cosplay around my house.

Wherever I sit, I have to have my feet off the floor. Like, one tucked under me and the other one on one of the support bars of the chair, or just simply sitting cross-legged on it. Or I find myself sitting like L from Death Note. I'll put my feet up on the dashboard when riding in the car sometimes, too.

I have a set fantasy for each song on my iPod. Like, the song Going Under by Evanescence, I have one of my roleplay characters in a concert. Or with the song Carrots and Sticks by Ukraine and Belarus [Pfft], I have a scene with my friend and I in their cosplay singing it. Do you see what I mean? I make my own music videos in my head.

I hate having my door closed.

I like climbing on things. Anything.

I don't like decorations on my underwear. My parents can confirm that. I found a new bra in my drawer when all of mine were in the wash, and had to wear it, and then freaked out when I saw it has a bow on it.

My icon has to be EXACT. It can't be cut off in any way where the main picture is obscured.

I don't like having my eyes shut in the shower, because I'm always afraid something will be behind me when I open them. True story. And when I found this picture, my fears where confirmed.

I eat my own skin. ._.

I always sleep on my stomach.

I hold my pencil really weird.

I have a REALLY weird thing where, well, I like numbers on volumes and such to end it 0 or 5. If they don't, it bothers me.

I like things like knobs and dials, or any circle, to be straight.

I CANNOT sleep in silence. It scares me.

I HATE short sleeved shirts but love tank tops ._.

I wear tank tops in winter but jackets in summer.

I have to be able to SEE everything in my room at night, unless I'm on my computer.

I am always picking at my hair. Like a monkey.

My face is usually quite expressionless.

Yep. If I am REALLY bored and sitting on a chair, I swing my feet back and forth or tap them rapidly until my teacher or mom notices.

I can't go to the bathroom without locking even when I am all alone, it is like a psychosis.
I have an unhealthy repulsion towards the sun, my family makes fun of me and calls me a vampire : P and here in greece avoiding the sun means staying in all summer or immigrating :/
I can't get close to someone after they have eaten (cooked food greasy stuff etc) even though they are clean or I have seen them wash.
I don't like people to touch my hair, even if my mother touches my hair I shoot up and have a neurotic seizure.
I won't wash dishes cook or anything associated with food without plastic gloves (not because of germs, I just can't touch raw food and greasy stuff or leftovers on dishes)
I always drink juice from the box( getting a glass is troublesome, plus my mom can't give MY juice to visitors :P ) and usually drink water without using a glass, I just bend to the sink and cup my hand to drink.
I can eat something I don't like unaware of what it is (a vegetable a sauce etc) and even like it but not even touch it after I find out (talking about normal stuff not freaky)
I don't like pasta, tomatoes and ketchup (among other stuff) which is considered very weird since everyone loves them....
I can't sleep in a room with other people, well I can when on camp and stuff but at home it is intolerable.
I am extremely secretive about what I watch/red/listen to due to fear of someone thinking I am lame and boring (they way I think of people although i do not tell them).My mom thinks I am watching porn or smthn by the way I cover up everything when she walks in.
I tend to forget things on weird places, my socks on top of my desk, my jacket inside my schoolbag, my gloves in the fridge... :/
I forget important stuff.It happened to wake up to be informed I have to go to school for final exams, while I thought I had more days and had left studying for later.
I spent unnaturally much of my time making up scenes in my mind that are movielike, (I even think of the takes the close-ups etc) and I tend to do so in english although I am not a native speaker, something that has resulted in me answering a question in english randomly out of the blue or confuse english and greek words.
I write stupidly long answers in questions like that, and bring my computer to the brink of crashing due to "etc" overuse.
I steal money from my sibling and my dad without even a sense of doing something wrong, and assisted my best friend to do the same, we were proud of our stealthiness and planning afterwards. :P
I can eat an impressive amount of cookies in one day, it should be a record...

When I'm at the movies or in my car at night, I pull me knees up cause I'm scared somebody might eat my legs...

when im in a room all the doors have to be closed or i will panic a little and i have to aleast speak japanese once a day and im always on the internet my other one i dont wanna say XD

Moving my wrists. I usually use one of my hands to hold the other hand and move the place where my wrist meets my hand. I can feel a cracking in it. I don't know how else to explain it.

I used to have a bad habit of....nope...not telling....way too embarrassing....


I CANNOT sleep unless I first wear my brain out by creating stories. It can be about anything, mostly about whatever anime I happen to be watching....

lol I used to do that too.I don't really have any weird habit... but I love to eat a snack around 2am.

I have this thing about doors. I just have to close them.

I can't stand it when somebody touches my neck... Even if it's me I scream.

I lash out wildly when someone touches my feet. My brother calls it foot rodeo.

When I'm bored I throw small objects in the air and while their in the air I hit it.I can't find any nail clippers so I peel the long part of my nail off.When I was at my nana's(grandmother) house,a cactus she was growing and it shot me with it's needle's and gave me splinters in my
right hand,so to get them out I have to bit my skin now to
get the damn needles out splinters out!!!>:( I crack my
knackles,toes,parts of my feets,shoulder,etc..Anything that
can be cracked......I peel or bit skin that is dead.Sometimes when I'm bored I write/draw on my skin with my finger nail.I let my head hang like it's decapedtated or something(rarely happens).

ummmm...i occasionally bite my nails, i count my steps, i turn my locker dial 8 times before entering the combonation, i can't turn one direction with out spinning around to the other direction, i have to sit on the right side of any amusement park ride, i- this could go on forever...


they're not really habits, i just have really bad OCD.

I have a really bad habit of touching things (Don't get dirty), I've broke allot of things, its my baddest habit I know of.

When I have knots in my hair, I put the hair out, not allot, but I find myself doing it at times.

I hate going anywhere without the lights on, whenever a lights not on, I run to where I need to go.

Addition to that, I hate closets, why? I watch SO MUCH paranomal shit, knowing that one day someone could get in my house freaks me out. I hate opening my closet.

Whenever I'm watching something freaky, I have to hold onto someone.
When I watch something freaky on the computer (Youtube), I always make sure I can't see with the video, just the comments.

Whenever I'm at home, with just my family, I leave the toliet door open when I'm taking a piss. Yes, my family hates it, but I just do it.

Whenever I blow my nose, I look at what came out afterwards.

Whenever a Christmas tree is around, I feel safe, and always sit near it.
Another Paranomal thing: When somethings in a house, people get holy water, and pray and that kind of stuff, since Christmas is related to God, I feel safer knowing nothing can get me...

I hate being around big dogs, or just dogs in total, I feel threated by them, like they hate me, I always feel like they are gonna bite me.

I have a habit of liking people that wont like me back, famous people or anime people.
I currently have a crush on Gerard Way, Andy Biersack & L from Death Note., But I do like someone in my school, but of course he dosnt like me back.

I put sause on EVERYTHING.
Carrot and Cucumber is my favorite.

I hate people sitting behind me, so I'm always in the back of theaters, an so on. I also hate having my back to doors.

I'm a very paranoid person so when I think someone's behind me I slap,punch,kick behind me to make sure.I open the bathroom door ,check everything in the bathroom to make sure no one is there.

I have to opening my wardrobe up every night and check no one is there as well as checking the top bunk of my bunk bed to see that no one is hiding under the blankets. I also check behind the bed and make sure the blinds of my windows are closed so no one walking around outside of our house can see into my room.
Each night my headband has to be on my dolls house facing a certain way.
None of my drawers can be open while I'm asleep.
All my toys must be locked up somewhere
I can't sleep with my hair down or I think I'll be murdered because I watched a horror movie with my hair down.
I bite my nails so they stay short so the Sonozaki family can't rip them off...
At night code geass has to be typed on the search for the youtube app on my ipod and anime and manga has to be typed in the app store
I can't stand in front of the mirror for too long or i might see something a bit abnormal

Well I kind of have a lot! So one is that I pick at my scabs and when I listen to songs I get my hairbrush and start singing ( that's what makes u beautiful and safe and sound)

#3. Sometimes I laugh at things u shouldnt be laughing about...
#4. I snatch my hair.

I pop my knuckles, I like chew on ice cubes, I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my drawings (if I can't get something right it drives me absolutely nuts), I get paranoid when the blinds on windows are open, I can't sleep without the sound of my fan on, and.. I have a problem with refrencing things. ._.

i grind my teeth and move my jaw when i play the piano

I bite my nails and the skin off my fingers (used to bite them till they bled, but now it's more like a gentle nibble).
I crack my neck.
I do this weird associative chant in my head involving words with the same letters in them, and also words that remind me of each other. I don't know how to describe it, so here's one example: "calm clam lump plum plug gulp smug mugs gums snug sung guns gnus statue astute"
I have to say (or rather, think) the whole line, in that exact order, whenever I come across one of those words, and that's just one example. Been doing it for years, so it's more or less automatic. It is so fucking annoying.

Things in my room need to be in a certain place when I go to sleep...or I can't get to sleep.

There Are Quite A Few. For Example When I Was Younger Whenever I Was Walking I Made Sure To Not Touch The Outer Lines Of The Plaques In It. Also I Used To Touch Every Column I Passed Through !!!!

My weird habits:

-Whenever I go to the bathroom, I have to look behind the shower curtain to make sure no one is there

-when I walk into my room I have to check all the places a serial killer could be hiding

-I walk in a square when thinking (like in a waltz almost. except with stepping instead of sliding)

-When I hear an emotional song, I think about myself doing a lyrical routine to it (i used to dance) OR I think about a character ship slide show.

-Whenever I go to sleep, I have to put my blanket over my head like a hood. It's always been that way, and I'm not even afraid of the dark!!! And when I don't do this, I can't fall asleep.

-Whenever I hear certain words I am reminded of a song and start singing

-I close my eyes when brushing my teeth if I'm tired, and if I'm awake I pace

-I cannot have more than 5 tabs open or I am annoyed

-All my apps on my phone have to be in alphabetical order

-When I'm trying to think while writing I lightly tap the keyboard

-I roll my wrists around to hear them crack all the time

-I feel bad when anyone pays for anything for me

-I put on music that is meaningful, pace around my room, and I don't even listen to that music when trying to come up with something in my book.

I was going to say that I can't think of one but Simmeh reminded me that I too am to lazy to go to the bathroom. Like I'll hold it for hours simply because I don't feel like going.

It's something thing I have done for as long as I can remember. I was given a feather pillow from a neighbor that used to watch me. But I will take the feathers out of my pillow find one with a sharp or stiff point and push it into the top of my thumb or pointing fingers. I'll do it when I'm bored upset and a lot of times I do it and not even realize that I'm doing it and because of that I have calluses on the top of my thumb and pointer finger on both hands and you can see small pin holes from the feathers. When I push them in there is a sensation I guess some people would call pain but to me it's not. I also can't sleep without my pillow. There are always feathers around my bed on the floor that I have to vacuum often I have met one other person that does this and I have spoke to my doctor about it but he doesn't know why I do it or what would cause me to do it

I wear adult nappies, and use them even though I'm fully fit, healthy and continent. If I run out and can't afford any more till the end of the month I do my stuff in my pants and in my bed. I've always done this since I can remember, I'm such a dirty girl.

Okay so like my family is Mormon and shit.
So, sometimes when they walk into my room and I don't want them there, I switch on some porn and just kinda play it real loudly and they'll leave me alone usually all day.

It's fucking great.

I have a few weird habits
-On weekends, I wear glasses with no lenses. I feel like they look cool on me, but I don't actually need glasses.
-When I'm on Skype, sometimes it will say that someone's online when they aren't. I can never fully tell when this happens, but I will spam message someone for about 20 minutes until they respond.
-I say things in my heads but when I actually say them they come out completely wrong

- I take showed with opened eyes
- When I turn the music louder I always have a even number (10, 12, etc)
- Treating my dog like a baby
- I always have the habit to hold one of my hands out of the car's window and have it grabbed on the ski transport thing or on the roof.
- Wasting my time for no reason, instead of doing my homework or other stuff I need to do
- Watching AMV's or Animashes instead of the music videos, that those AMV's and Animashes have

Weird? Weird is kinda subjective, since it's different for everyone. But I don't really mind being called weird, because I am. Here we go:
