Do you prefer saying "Ok" or "Okay"?

I usually say "Okay" because if I said "ok" it just doesn't feel like I spelled it right..Idk.

I have a habit of spelling stuff right actually. I feel a feeling of emptiness if I spell it incorrectly. So I use okay.

if i were to make a decision tho i say it depends on the situation. "okay" should be used in serious situations, "ok" should be thrown in casually.
i also say "mkay" to sound like that one guy fr south park mkay
and then of course theres 'kay but its rare that i ever type that out that ones more vocally spoken

I always type "okay". It looks more complete and far less lazy to me, and also looks better in a sentence in my opinion.

Well, I don't know. I think I use both. ._. I don't remember the last time I said 'okay'. (And I found out that I spell okay as okay.) Most of the time I just say "'kay."
