If you had the opportunity to get a message across to a large group of people, what would your message be?

(My answer is optional. You do not have to read it.)

I suppose, being the Christian I am, I would spread the Word of God to as many people as possible. Mind you, I wouldn't force my religious views on anyone. There's a difference between sharing information and forcing opinions on people, and I'm not one to shove my religion down anyone's throat. That's just plain wrong, and if you ever encounter a Christian like that, I sympathize with you because that's not what they're supposed to do.

Outside of my religious views, I'd probably tell people to cherish the time they have while they have it, to make sure that they tell the people in their lives that they love them as often as possible before they're gone, to not let life get you down because of how utterly short it is, to remember the positive aspects of life, to be grateful for the little things, to never give up, to aspire towards your dreams and goals, to make the best of yourself in any given situation, to remember how sweet it is to slow down and enjoy a little quiet time in the world, and to always treat others the way you want to be treated. I know that's quite a few messages altogether, but I have a lot to share with the world.

What about you?

First I must say, I am in COMPLETE respect of your approach about informing others of your beliefs without shoving them down other people's throats. Kudos my friend, we need religious people like you who aren't complete religion-robots.

My message.....would be to NOT let other people stop you from wanting to do what you want to do. It is such a waste of time and leaves you with too many regrets.

I look back (mainly on my school life) and I always tried to do what I thought OTHERS wanted from me. Tried to fit in and do what they did. Tried to avoid the things I liked, because the majority didn't like it... etc, etc. I have sooooo many regrets for not being myself in school!

So in short: think for yourself, don't let others hold you back, be who you want to be, do what you want to do. Just be yourself, not someone else. (it sounds cheesy, but it is so damn true and I regret not seeing this earlier T-T)

Why, thank you! I agree with your message. Life is too short to hold yourself back from being who you truly are.
