What target audience are you writing for? I like nonfiction books (you know, biology, space, etc).

If you could come up with a story with some fierce monsters hunting down humans, I'm sure it would be pretty exciting :)

You should brainstorm.
Whats the setting? Who are the characters? What are their personalities like? What type of journey will they be going through? Stuff like that.
