The Moments
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

The end,as everyone calls it. In a lot of ways, though, it seems to me the beginning. The start of the daunting and complex mission Professor Dumbledore had left Harry, the start of the trio's hunt for Voldemort's horcruxes, the start of our besties Ron& Hermione's long-anticipated relationship.

As we know, the Order of the Phoenix calls at Number4 Privet Drive to rescue Harry. An well-thought-out skilful plan and yet, they are attacked. Outnumbered by loads of death-eaters. Harry, being the first of the trio to reach The Burrow safely,is worried sick about his friends' whereabouts.
Then comes Hermione and is immediately tensed about Ron.As Ron arrives, our Ginger king, looking redder than ever,Hermione runs to him, pulling him into a tight hug,and sobs in his shoulders, meaning to express how worried she had been at his absence.Tonks, who had been with Ron,explains how brave and quick-witted Ron had been, stunning and jinxing a dozen eaters by his own."You did?" wonders Hermione."Always the tone of surprise"is Ron's reply. Ron and Hermione Moments
Books

Harry Potter and the Philosopher's/Sorcerer's Stone
The beginning of the friendship, adventure, and love of our two trusty sidekicks, Ron and Hermione. Includes the train sequence, meeting with trolls, casting spells (Wingardium Leviosa!), and playing chess. Lots of bickering of course.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
Continuation of their deepening frienship. Where Ron casts a spell (which unfortunately for him, backfires) to defend his other best friend, Hermione, who, by the way, gets petrified. Battle with the Whomping Willow and flying the Ford Anglia for Ron. First signs of jealousy arise as Ron notices Hermione outlining her paper with hearts and the name of Lockhart on it.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban:
Ah. More action in this third book in the magical series. Ron continues to stand by his girl, and also notices immediately that something is up with Hermione (the time-turner). Wonders why Hermione disappears suddenly, and is concerned how she manages all her classes. Hermione gets a ginger-furred cat (Crookshanks), of which Ron...

~Before I start, I want to give some credit to LifesGoodx3 for giving me the idea for this article~

I know a lot of Harry Potter fans that hate Ron and call him a coward. Whenever I see this, I honestly get sad. Ron was a very brave and loyal character, and he should get SOME credit for the great things he did along the way of the series. Let's start with the BEGINNING of the series. In the first Harry Potter book, 'Harry Potter and the Sorcerer/Philosopher's Stone,'when the trio goes to retrive the Stone from who they thought was Professor Snape, Ron didn't act very well when dealing with Devil's Snare. According to Hermione, when dealing with Devil's Snare you have to relax, and Ron didn't do that. He kicked and screamed and tried to get out, completely ignoring Hermione's advice. BUT: He STILL went along with Harry and Hermione TO retrive the stone. Ron must have known the job was going to be dangerous and scary, but he didn't back down. He took the challenge. Now, I'm going to skip a couple of years and go to the point in the story where the Triwizard Tournament comes to Hogwarts in Ron's fourth year. We all know about Harry and Ron's long...
