Chapter One: All the way from Tennessee
Rosalie POV
    
    Two short years ago I was turned into a monster. I'm beautiful, yet still a monster. Being a vampire wasn't fun at all. I personally don't like eating animals. Well, their blood that is. But, rather a deer than a human I guess.
    I was hunting in the deep woods of Tennessee. It was far from where we were staying in the Appalachian Mountains, but, once again, Edward had gotten on my last nerve. Sometimes, no most of the time, I just want to rip Edward apart limb from limb....

“So they are planning to kill you, Edward?” Carsile said solemnly.

“Yes, but Alice thinks she an prevent it. She has a plan.”

“How?” He asked Alice.

Alice cleared her throat to grab everyone's attention. “Everyone just stop your worrying. The situation is under control. There's no need to worry!”

I glared at her. How could she think everything was ok? As far as I knew I was still going to die.

“This situation is most definitely not under control.” I said through my now clenched teeth.

Carsile POV


“Esme, dear, you must calm down” I cooed into my wife's ear. “We must remain calm at a time like this.”

After Emmett's outburst, Esme had broken down into hysterical sobs at the thought that her son was in so much pain, and there is absolutely nothing she can do to help him.

“Yes” A much calmer Esme agreed with me. “We shall all be strong right now, for Rosalie.”

We all nodded in agreement. “Emmett” I addressed my son “Today we will go to find Rosalie, but we must be cautious about it. We also need to think of our families safety....

This room was much brighter, lit by dozens of lights, one area tucked away in a corner was nearly blanketed in darkness. The rest of the trip was in relative silence. Rosalie seemed ok after a while, even talking to Luke and Michael. To Jack, she spoke with her mind only. Tristan had gone to his room-to work on something though what no one knew. At long last the carriage came to an abrupt and Tristan came out, his face grim.
