john was hit by a cyclist who was one of molly's friends then John didn't see him fall. the lorry broke the rest of Sherlock's fall Molly and her workers or friends where is there and put white makeup and fake blood all over him then when John woke up all Molly and Sherlocks team were beside him John went over and tried to check his pulse but they wouldn't let him..... Now you may be wondering about the coffin... well Irine Adler died and came back didn't she???
