Damon's POV
It was early morning and I knew Victoria would not be up until, 1) she made up her mind, 2) she has made up her mind and is sleeping in till noon, and 3) she is not getting out of bed till after noon because she has not made her mind up yet. They were all possibilities; but I was hoping for number two! I mean, we have been through thick and thin. I have been there at side her every minute. From her trying to commit suicide to her being practically on her death bed. But all I can do is hope that she likes me back. And if she does not then I, I have no idea what happens next.
"Hey Damon," Victoria said as she entered my room.
"Hey," I said not quit sure what to say next.
"Do you want to know the answer to question." she asked smiling.
"I am not sure," I stated, "will I like it?"
"I believe you will," she said as she walked over to me.
Victoria stood right in front of me smiling. I gave her a puzzled look. And she stood on her tiptoes and kissed me.
"So the answer is yes," I asked as I pulled away.
"Oh yes," She said as I bent back down and kissed her a little more.
"Why don't we go down to the grill and celebrate with some breakfast," I asked hopeful.
"Wait, if people see us together it will not be good," she said suddenly.
"Why do you say that," I asked confused.
"Because everyone thinks we are family," she said, "and people will think it is disgusting."
"Right," I said disappointed, "but you know what I think?"
"What," she asked curiously.
"I do not care," I stated, "they can think what they want!"
"Okay," she said oddly, "then I think you are right."
"Really," I asked surprised, "I know how you care so much about what people think of you. Are you sure?"
"Absolutely positively," she beamed smiling.
"Great," I said as I kissed her lightly.
"Let's go," she smiled.
And Just like that Victoria Salvatore was lost, but just like that I found her. And everything was perfect...
