Mattie's POV
I sat at the Cullens house that day and would spend the night here. I did not want to stay in La Push just in case Seth and I went to the same place without knowing it. We could still possible see each other. I mean La Push and Forks are so small, even if you combine the two!
"I know what will make today fun," Alice said as I stared at the TV, "let's go shopping!"
"I am coming, give me a minute," Rose said as stared at her in disbelief, "what is wrong, Mattie? Is it okay that I come with you two?"
"Oh yes, that is perfectly fine," I stated, "I am just stunned that you want to go shopping with Alice and I."
"Well you and Seth are kind enough to let me be in the wedding; so I figured I would return the favour and by buying you some clothes," she stated, "we should invite Leah to come with us."
"Oh, you are too kind," I stated, "it is okay, you do not have to buy me anything. Thank you though. I will call Leah and see if she wants to come."
"All ready on that," Alice chimed in smiling.
"Do not be silly, Mattie," Rose said seriously, "I would really like to buy you and Leah some clothes. End of discussion."
"Yes ma'am," I said laughing,
"Leah is coming," Alice said as she danced off somewhere.
A few minutes later she came back with Jasper and Rose came back with Emmett. So I guess Jasper and Emmett were tagging along now.
Leah came through the door with a wrinkle on her nose, "yuck," she muttered is disgust.
I laughed a little but stopped when Rose came into the living room.
"Are we ready," she asked.
"I am," I said as I glanced over at Leah.
"Sure, I have nothing better to do," Leah said with frown on her face.
"Leah, you and I both know you are excited to go shopping somewhere other than La Push and Forks," I stated.
"Fine, maybe just a little," she said as we piled into the car.
"I am so excited. I just love shopping," Alice beamed happily, "especially out of the country!"
"What," Leah and I asked surprised.
"You heard her right," Emmett said laughing at us both.
"I have never been out of the state, much less out of the country," Leah said in awe.
"Same here," I added.
"It will be okay," Jasper said, "we are know our foreign languages."
"Okay," I said.
Within a twenty minutes or so we were at the airport. Then within ten to fifteen minutes we were on our way out of the country.
"So where are we heading," I asked very excited but disappointed that Seth was not here.
"The city of love," Rose said cheerful.
"Where is that," Leah asked as we were both clearly confused.
"Paris, you two are silly," Alice said laughing.
"No way," Leah said beaming with joy, "I cannot believe we are going shopping in Paris!"
"Yeah this is going to be fun," I said slightly disappointed.
"Is something wrong," Alice asked suddenly.
"Well, we are going to the city of love and Seth is not going to be here," I said meekly.
"You will be fine," Rose said, "you will be so busy, you will not even realize he is not there."
"Oh okay," I said slightly offended.
We got to Paris and the first thing we did was go see the eiffel tower! It was huge. We actually got to go all the way to the top. Or well, pretty close.
"Hey babe, you like the view," a familiar voice said from behind me.
