i noticed that too, but in the credits of the show it's spelled Effy, i wonder why they spelled it two different ways over a year ago

I think they did it on purpose; they spelled Freddie "Freddy" on the DVD, maybe to emphasise the whole freffy connection in series 4. Or maybe its purely coincedence :) over a year ago
