I think stelena is the real epic couple of TVD; they have to live all this stuff to make his love stronger. Because Stefan is now evil and he left with Klaus, that it is going to be the test for Elena if she really loves him, she will help him to be Stefan again, if not she doesnt deserve his love. Damon and Elena for me are not epic, because Damon is the big obstacle between stefan and elena, he always be there, but stefan and elena always will find their way to each other Posted over a year ago

Well it would appear they've made the perfect opening for Delena to happen. Oh well, we knew it would come to this eventually.
