Yes, but only when they're filming in Vancouver. Jared bought a house there and Jensen lives with him.
But he and him also have a house/apartment a mile apart from each other,in LA, cause Jared brought a house, and Jensen an apartment

As actors, they have trailers on the set in Vancouver. Why would they need to buy a place to stay while shooting when they already have them?

Outside of shooting, Jared's moved a lot. He had a house in L.A., but then sold it, and bought a house in Vancouver, and then bought another house in California (not L.A.... I want to say Studio City?). And Jenses (to my knowledge) lives somewhere in L.A.
