I haven't really done a Trent pov in a while.. I guess I can describe better with Gwen. I know I haven't finished Lust at First bite probably because I won't.. sorry to all the people who wanted me to finish it as along with Sherlock Trent.

Trent's pov!
It was 1842 to be exact, and life was a simpler time. As a boy, my father suggested we move off to the new world of which Christopher Columbus discovered. "This is where we shall start a new town."My father walked across a grassy plain with a smile on his face. I looked at my mother and she looked at me, both knowing that he was overwhelmed with starting a new civilization and to be recognized for it. The new town was named after our last names, Collins town. Soon people came and houses were built. Even a fish factory and a medical hospital down by the lake. My family and I spent the next 15 years building our house, turning out to be a mansion like castle filled with secret passageways and jewels of the Collins generation. It wasn't long until someone came along in my life loving her for only a short time soon finding out she only loved me for my wealth. On a dark and eerie night, October 14 to be exact, she had disappeared into the woods as I had watched her from the balcony of my room. I was writing my thoughts of the castle when I heard something or someone stomp upon the rooftop. I glanced up at the roof seeing a dark figure shakily walking across it and standing in front of one of the marble statues. I called out at the person and it swiftly turned to me before laughing and pushing the statue off the roof. I peered down over the balcony and there were my parents tucked under the statue, a puddle of blood surrounding them. I turned my attention back to the roof and the figure was gone. The news were a blur for the people of Collins town. Weeks later I was in therapy from suffering great depression from the death of my parents. The therapist was a charming, beautiful lady and we both started to get closer to each other. Going on dates to places such as the park, out to dinner, or just sitting out of the edge of Devil's cliff where she was most fascinated by how the waves would always crash up against the cliff causing mist to fly up into our faces. I was actually somewhat terrified of coming here since so many people lost their lives just seeing the view or even a time when a couple was getting married and the bride tripped over her dress smashing face first onto the rocks below. Anyways, back to the description of my loving goth beauty. She had the most prettiest brown/golden hair I've ever seen worn by any person. She does everything in her own independent way also as in she doesn't act like a 'damsel in distress' when she needs help to get it done she always finishes it by herself. Her eyes were as clear the Carribean ocean drinking in the sight of them always makes me light headed. Her clothing type is far more unique than any other female I've seen or been with, fitting well with her amazing talent of drawing and writing. But ever since we both started going out I have been receiving angry letters from a person unknown. One of them were even written in red, supposably blood and said in all capital letters, 'I'm warning you. ditch the girl or more of the ones you love with die.' Another month passed by and I ignored the furious letters, continuing to spend time with my beautiful Gwen and going to the Jewerly shop to get her a ring for something I should've asked her the day I met her. I glanced at myself in the mirror, applying gel into my hair and tightening my red bow on my suit. I began walking towards her house when I noticed her walking like a zombie into the woods headed for Devil's cliff in her pajamas. I sweetly called out her name and she ignored me continuing her walk. I began walking after her and she wouldn't stop walking and was now standing on the edge swaying in the wind. "Gwen, my darling, what are you doing..?"I stopped before her and she turned to me with tears streaming down her cheeks. "H-Help me, please."She croaked and fell off the edge, plummeting towards the rocks below that were being slapped by the waves. I screamed in terror and dived off after her, reaching out to grab her hand but she was paralyzed in fear. She slammed against the rocks and I followed beside her, feeling a weird tingle inside of me. I sat up upon the soaking wet rocks realizing I wasn't dead but sadly my love had. I buried my face into her cold neck starting to cry, feeling a sharp pain rip through my body almost like a bullet being shot at me. I gripped my head with both of my hands trying to hold back my cries of agony but not doing as well as I thought I could. I watched at my fingernails turned into claws and my hands turned a sickly pale white like my dead love's skin. I tore off the sleeves of my suit and darkish purple veins were pumping like a heart beat would, the veins disappearing for only a second to come back and hit my skin painfully. I looked up at my ex love laughing hysterically at the edge of the cliff and anger boiled inside of me like it never had before. "You cruel, sick witch. What have you done to me?!"I shouted at the top of my lungs. "It's called vampire, smart one. get used to it because that's how you'll live for the rest of your life."She hissed with an evil laughter following and walked away with her head held high not caring that she used her magic to kill an innocent soul. I became thirsty, but not for a bottle of water.. It was of blood. My vision turned everything a red color and I stared at my lifeless girlfriend hearing the last few beats of her heart before a sudden stop. I held her firmly in my arms kissing her cheeks multiple times and stroking her soft hair. "Please forgive me for this, Gwen."I choked out before sinking my two fangs into her pale neck drinking every last drop of blood beneath her skin crying as I did so. I lied her body gently back down on the rocks, kissing her lips one last time before climbing up the tall cliff and walking in the rain back to the castle. I grew insane of the killing of my loved ones, especially Gwen. I crept around town like an 60 year old pedophile grabbing adults even children out of the light and into the darkness, meaning their death. The people of the town began to become suspicious of the many deaths in every week and set out groups of people to hunt down the killer. I drained every last one of the servants, visitors, and some long lost family in the castle knowing that I would go hungry since I wouldn't get out alive if I tried attacking another human in the town. Days passed and my rib cage gotten visible as I continued to starve myself, sighing with my hand over my eyes I picked up the blade upon my father's nightstand staring at my pale reflection in the knife and seeing Gwen's lifeless body flashing upon it. I whined like a 6 week old puppy would and slit my wrist, purple blood squirting up not helping to resist but to drink my own blood. An orangeish-red glow glaring on my window and I released my lips from the gash in my skin up to the people of the town walking towards the castle with pitch forks and torches looking furious. I zoomed my way down the staircase and stood with my back turned to the door. "Open this door, Barnabas Collins!"A male voice roared as his fist slammed the wooden door. I opened my mouth to say something, but the door fell upon me and I was crushed against the floor. Three men threw the door off of me and my ex helped me up. "Thank you, you don't know how long before I could've had my eyeballs popped out of my skull."I hissed at her in a kind- pissed off way. One of the towns people came up with an open casket glaring at me as he walked up and spit in my face. "That is the man who killed our people! Barnabas Trent Collins is a blood thirsty vampire!"She shouted over the crowd and a riot began to form. They threw me in the creaky black box and chained the cover so I couldn't break free. "Let me out! Let me out!"I repeatedly screamed as I kicked and punched against the casket. It felt like the box was now flying but actually being thrown into what seemed like a hole considering they were now shoveling dirt over the casket. "See you in a couple of centuries, sweetheart."My ex slammed her fist on the box and silence filled the air when I was 9 feet below of dirt. I guess this will be a great, long sorrow less nap for me. Please God, put to rest this monster within me created by an mentally crazy witch.

To line up to the ring
For a battle that you can't win
Swing as hard as you can swing
It will still mean nothing
Should've seen it coming
It had to happen sometime
But you went and brought a knife
To an all out gun fight

And the only thing to save
Is the banner that you wave
To be wrapped around your grave

Gwen's pov! (Not the dead one.. you get the idea(: )
"Here you are, mam."The kind old fellow with an stained ball cap with 'Yankees' written across it gave me my train ticket. "Hello, my name is Gwen Winters."I spoke to myself at times when I was nervous and needed advice from my conscious. I sighed silently before laying my forehead on the large window to see the view of pine trees, the gray clouded sky, or just the blurry fast motion of the train zooming by everything on the side I could see. I pulled out the crumpled up torn piece of paper from the Sunday newspaper reading,' new maid needed.' It was the only job I could turn to since I had no home nor anyone's shoulder to cry upon in time of need. I don't usually ask for help, I go along and see how the independent choice I made will work out. The piercing whistle of the train sounded to life and began to slow down hearing the screech of the breaks made a shiver run down my spine. "Welcome to Collins town."The conductor tipped his hat at me with a wrinkly smile helping me step off the train. Thunder struck the sky and I quickly ran by the roadside pointing out my thumb for a hope in a ride to Collins manor. "So what's your name dude..?"The girl was staring me in the face as I tried to look at the nature passing by in the van. "My name Is Gwen Victoria Winters."I spoke with my hands neatly sat upon my lap trying to not say anything about her running her fingers through my hair and sniffing it like an animal would. "Where you from?"The driver asked who had hair that went down to his waist and had on 70's looking sunglasses. "I am from New York City."I answered while offering a smile. "That's amazing dude."Some guy in the back came out of no where and stuck his head right beside mine. "I'll see you whenever I can.."I waved to them before turning to the tall moss growing on it mansion. "You must be Ms. Winters. right this way."An old man who seemed to be wasted tumbled across a garden and back towards the mansion with a golden key in his hand. "Welcome to.. ah, forget it."He slurred wobbling back outside slamming the creaky wooden door. "What have I told you about slamming the door- oh, hello. you're the new maid right..?"A lady with long, curly blonde hair and a silk red dress with huge high heels clacked her way down the staircase towards me. "That I am, I'm Gwen Winters. pleasure to meet you."I stuck out my hand and she chuckled shoving it away. "I'm not all caring about the 'sugar- coating' some people put on these days, so you can cut down the act just a little. my name is Sylvia, don't call me mam if you don't mind."Sylvia smiled with her hand on my shoulder. "Alright then, Sylvia."I leaned on her name a little so she knows I get what to call her. "I'll tour you around the house and let you meet the people that live here. follow me."She motioned her hand towards the staircase. The hallways seemed like a mile long lined out on the floor of red rugs, paintings and armory on each side of the hallways. The one that really caught my eye was the painting at the end of the hallway of a pale man with what seemed like blood dripping form his mouth. "The first one you'll meet is my daughter, Caroline. please excuse her rude language."Sylvia took me up couple of stairs opening a door with a red sign that read,'keep out, or die.' The green chair that seemed like it was hanging from the ceiling turned towards us with an about 13 year old girl in it holding her ipod in one hand, one ear phone out. "Oh, so you're the new maid..? good luck, cleaning out my mother's bath tub will be torture. she doesn't shave her legs until someone notices."Caroline smirked pushing her straightened blonde hair out from her eyes. "That wasn't nice, Caroline."Sylvia hissed at her darting her dark blue eyes at her daughter. "What..? it is true. I'm just warning her for future reference."Caroline spun around in her chair laughing. "You're grounded."Sylvia clenched her fists, seeing her jaw move around against her cheeks. "It's not like I'm gonna listen to you anyways.."She got up from her chair, slamming the door in our faces with the metal sign clattering against the wooden floor. "The next child is a little nervous when first meeting a new person, so go easy on him for awhile."Sylvia took me around the corner to a light blue door opening it to find a small boy standing in front of a large window staring at the thunderstorm going on. "David, what have I told you about standing near the window during a storm?! you could get hurt."She shut the curtains, sitting the boy on his bed. "I'm sorry, mommy. I didn't mean to. The ghost told me."He spoke in the softest voice without blinking. "I already told you goblins, witches, and werewolves aren't real."She took the thick chapter book from under his pillow throwing it in the wastebasket. "They are too! I saw one last night. you're just lucky I'm reading that book to make sure one doesn't come in the house and eat us."David hopped off his bed grabbing the book and holding it close to his chest. "Hush now, child.."She sighed before ruffling his shaggy brown hair. "Who's that..?"David looked at me hugging the book closer in fear. "That's the new maid, sweetheart."Sylvia smiled at him warmly. "Hi there, little guy."I bent down speaking softly so I didn't frighten him. "Hello.."He squeaked waving his hand at me and I waved back, seeing his front- toothless smile. "Bedtime at 7pm, mister. let's continue the tour."Sylvia shut the door, David continued to stare at me until the door was fully closed. ".. And this is the study. you would usually find me doing taxes or my husband, Roger, doing paperwork or reading."She led me into what seemed like a library with a desk in the middle of the room. I stared at the fireplace that looked the size of a organ piano, but looking like there was a roof upon it with three wolves on each side. "That old thing has secret passageways not even my doctor could figure out."Sylvia kicked the fireplace in frustration. "Hello dear and Ms. Winters, pleasure to meet you."What I assumed was Roger fast walking into the room and immediately sitting down at the desk with papers falling out of his suitcase. "Told you.."Sylvia whispered to me and I laughed silently. I sat in front of the fireplace staring deeply at it, wondering of it's secrets among it.

Trent's pov!
I heard a conversation and loud beeping noises from above the dirt. My breathing became more less wheezing sounding since it seemed like someone was digging me up. "I found something."Sounds like the south has made it to Collins town. "Hand me the metal clippers."Another voice demanded and the chains were being snipped off one by one. I grabbed a hold of the cover listening to their blood flow and hearts beating- delicious music to my ears. I threw the cover off of me, attacking each of the several men surrounding my grave drinking them dry. One was trying to get out of the pit, sinking his fingernails into the dirt to attempt to do so. I jumped down in front of him lifting him up by the collar of his navy blue shirt. "I'm terribly sorry, but you have no idea how thirsty I am."I apologized before drinking every last drop of blood in him. I began walking towards my home when I noticed a dark grayish pavement was in the middle of the forest with two yellow lines going straight down the middle. I cautiously stepped upon it seeing a bright light coming towards me in the distance. "Show yourself, for I am Barnabas Trent Collins!"I demanded and the bright light passed me revealing that it was some thing with wheels and people in it, one saying to me of a word I never heard of staring with an F. I walked through the people filled town seeing that everything had changed. No one was dressed formally, the buildings were completely different even my dad's fish factory was destroyed to the ground.. what has become of life here..? My home was now rotting and green stuff was growing all upon it. I spotted an old man stumbling in a garden with a bottle of whiskey in his hand. "You, what is your name and what do you know about Collins town..?"I hypnotized the man with my crimson eyes. "My name is Willie, and Collins town was founded in.. I don't know."He spoke between hiccups. "Now tell me, what year is it?"I demanded the hypnotized drunk. "2012."He swayed back and forth before falling. "But I left in 1842.. I've been gone for more than a century now."I spoke to myself in an shocked whisper. "I like kittens.."He giggled with his head on a rock. "You will be my servant until the end of you days, do you understand..?"I spoke in a soft, yet harsh voice at the old man. "Yes sir.."He hiccuped giggling like a school girl. "Good.."I responded slamming my fist on the wooden door. "May I help you..?"A whore looking woman opened the door. "I am Barnabas Trent Collins, I prefer to be called Trent. I live here."I hissed at the whore lady. "Okay then.. you can stay for as long as you want-."I cut her off. "I do not wish to stay here for a couple of days, I wish to live here."I growled pushing her aside and walking into my home. A teenage girl came in dancing with large circular things covering her ears holding a rectangular device in one hand. "Who's this..?"She stopped her ridiculous dancing to stare at me. "I am Barnabas Trent Collins. I live here."I introduced myself bowing slightly looking at her one eyebrow shot up in confusion. "He'll be staying with us for quite awhile, dear.."The whore lady scratched her forehead and sighed. "Great, now we have to new idiots. A goth chick and some freak with a mud coated suit on."She walked away continuing her dancing. "Did she say goth chick..?"I questioned running my fingers through my black hair. "Yes, Gwen, please come here."She called down for the 'goth chick.' Walking down the staircase was a beautiful girl with her blue/black hair waving in her face. "Yes, Sylvia..?"She asked politely before looking at me with a smile. "H-Hi I'm Trent.."I began to drool over the gorgeous goddess standing before me. "Hello there, Trent. I'm Gwen."She smiled her most unique smile. "That's a pretty name."I complimented her sounding like a 5 year old. "That's so sweet."She giggled covering her mouth seeing her cheeks turn red as a rose. "Yes, well, it is time for bed. Gwen, if you would, show Barnabas to his room."Sylvia walked off with a chuckle. "It's Trent!"I shouted at her my anger boiling in my head. "Here's your room."Gwen led me to my actual room. "Why, thank you my sweets. I hope you have pleasant dreams."I took her hand and kissed it softly hearing her giggle once more. "Same to you. goodnight."She smiled, waved, and walked away. I sighed in satisfaction walking over to my bed getting into the lying upside down position and turning into a bat, falling into a deep sleep.

You've gone too far
Who do you think you are
Is this what you came for
Well this means war

"Good morning, Trent."Someone gently whispered into my ear causing me to fall from my position in startlement. That's the most wonderful thing to wake up and see, Gwen. "Good morning to you too, Ms. Winters."I smiled at her. "Breakfast is downstairs when you're done getting ready for the day."She smiled back walking out of the room silently shutting the door. The only thing I did was fix my hair then going down into the dining room for breakfast. I stared awkwardly at the square shaped bread thing with square holes in it. "Aren't you eating..?"The young teen with her hair a mess asked me as she ate her square bread. "Uhh.. yeah."I answered poking at the metal stick with four spikes at the end of it. "Barnabas, this is our doctor if you need something to be checked on."Sylvia introduced me to a woman in what seemed like her forties, wrinkled face and wearing glasses that had a what seemed like a chain holding it on her ears. "A female doctor..? God, what has become of this generation."I mumbled with my forehead buried in my palm hearing slight laughter out of the two children. "You haven't met my youngest yet, Barnabas. this is David."Whore lady put her hands on the small boy's shoulders with a smile. "Hello there, young fellow. do you ever look down at night and see two sacks hanging in your pants..?"I questioned the boy with a smirk hearing his mother gasp in disgust. "Yes, why..?"David responded sitting beside me. "That's where babies come from."I sat back in my chair with my fingertips together chuckling. "Cool.."He looked down at his pants. "That's enough, Barnabas."Sylvia glared at me pouring orange colored liquid into a glass. I could see Gwen giggling from in the kitchen her cheeks slightly red, causing me to smile. "So, what are you going to do today, Barnabas..?"The female doctor asked me pushing her glasses up her nose. "Well, I'm going out today. I've been thinking about re-building the fish factory my father owned."I took a bite of the square bread, immediately spitting it out and wiping the taste off my tongue. "The fish factory..? But that hasn't been around for almost 200 years. There is a new fish factory called Angela's fish co., but not that."Sylvia drank the orange liquid in the glass. "Did you say Angela's fish co. ..?"I hissed in the question, dragging my pointy nails angrily up and down the wooden table. "Yes, and if you're upset about something don't take it out on the table."Sylvia demanded as she stared at the carving I made in the table. I shot up from the table growling loudly, slamming my fist into the dinning room wall. ".. Not the wall either!"Sylvia shouted loud enough for me to hear as I stomped my way out the door. "Willie, come now. we need to take a visit to Angela's fish co."I picked up the asleep old man and opened up the black umbrella to shield the vicious sun from my skin. I stormed through the metal doors seeing little tin cans moving on a conveyor belt around the factory as men did their job such as canning the can, putting the fish in, etc. "Angela, how dare you take over my family business."I broke the doorknob to get in to a room to find a tall black chair at the end of a rectangular shaped table. "Is that who I think it is..? oh, Barnabas, it is you. I've missed you so much."Angela walked over to me sitting on the table making herself slutty looking. "I haven't. I've been cramped in a box for over two centuries, dammit. who the hell do you think you are..?"I gripped her throat, pressing my sharp nails into her flesh. "I'm a witch, thank you very much. and.."She snapped her fingers, two guards coming into the room and grabbing me by my forearms. "No one remembers you but me, so you aren't 'ruler' of Collins town anymore. I am."She laughed evilly and the guards dragged me out of the room, throwing me out onto the grass. "Did it go well, boss..?"Willie asked me with yet another bottle of whiskey in his hand. "Shut up, Willie. I'm thinking of a plan to over throw Angela's business."I walked back and forth with my fingers tapping my chin. "You could re-build your father's fish company."He suggested. "That's a brilliant idea! you aren't as stupid as I thought you were."I grinned at him pulling out the phone device and called Sylvia to bring down people to build the factory. In just 3 weeks, my dad's fish factor was born once more. "I have to say, this business is going better than Angela's."One of the townspeople whispered to another person and they both picked up their cans and walked out. "Here you are, sir."Willie handed me a bow-n-arrow before opening the window. "Thank you."I tied a note to the arrow before shooting it into Angela's office. Her face appeared seconds later with rage upon it showing me her middle finger for some odd reason. 'This means war, you crazy bitch.' I read the lines in my head from the note. I grabbed my coat, dragging my drunken slave along back towards the mansion. I opened the door before leaving Willie outside and walking into the mansion smelling of.. scented candles..? "Hey, strong business man. have a nice day at work..?"Angela questioned in an almost see through dress lied out on the sofa staring at me lustfully. "What are you doing here?"I hissed at her both clenching my fists and teeth. "I know you're trying to rule me over with your stupid dad's fish company and I wanted to congratulate you with a little something."She slowly walked towards me, wrapping her arms tightly around my neck along with her leg around my waist. "I never will love you again ever."I spoke the last word in a shout pushing her off of me and onto the floor. "Aw, really..? because I remember so fondly that we had a lot of fun in this room. on the sofa, on the wall, and even here.."She slid across the keys of the grand piano with a hungry grin on her face. "I regret even touching every part of you with any part of mine. also very dearly blessed I used a condom."I growled at her and she ripped one of the keys of the piano out throwing it at a vase, shattering it. "Why don't you want to make babies, love..? you said you loved me."She tore off her dress, revealing her sickening under clothing to me. "I would much rather make babies with the damn piano than even touch your filthy woman canal without protection."I screamed with my voice echoing off the walls. She grabbed me by my tie and threw me on the sofa forcefully kissing me and tearing my clothing besides my underwear to shreds. The door slowly creaked open and in came.. oh no. "Trent...?"Gwen spoke with a choked up voice and stood there in complete shock. "Gwen.. i-it isn't what it looks like."I promised her pushing the disgusting witch off of me. "I hope you too have fun."She walked up the stairs with her head hung low seeing a tear fall off her cheek. "Gwen, wait!"I ran after her hearing Angela chuckle devilishly and leaving behind the slammed door. "What do you want..?"She stopped dead in her tracks not facing me and wiping her eyes with her forearm. "It isn't real. you know how business people are.. they try to compete with each other and in her words try to seduce me so I would shut down the fish factory. I just wish you couldn't have seen that."I mumbled, my eyes sadly fallen upon the floor feeling the guilt rush through my veins like wild fire. "I can forgive you.. I guess."She turned to me with her arms cross, having a stray tear run along her cheek. I caught the warm tear seeing her blush slightly and I wrapped my arms around her, hugging her close. "What are you doing here anyways being their maid..? don't you hate it?"I whispered through her blueberry scented hair. "I don't have a family.. so I had to."She buried her face into my shoulder hearing her sob softly made me shed a few tears. "Shh, shh. if I may ask, why don't you have a family..?"I held her closer and she moved her face into my chest. "Someone planted a bomb in their home. I was out getting the groceries to come back to find them all in pieces around the yard."She howled in tears, clenching her small pale fist angrily. "It's alright, I'm here for you."I whispered gently into her ear looking at her teary and red face, to only not help but wipe every single tear away. "I trust you."She sunk back down onto me, placing her hands on my chest. "Have you seen them anywhere, Sylvia..? I cant-."The doctor cut herself off when she found me half naked hugging Gwen. "Ew.. gross."Caroline flinched at the horrid scene for her age. "We allowed you to stay not to sleep with the maid."Sylvia screamed with rage at me, slapping me across the face with a rolled up newspaper. "But he wasn't-."Sylvia cut Gwen off. "Hush now, please. I know you're trying to cover this up, I understand. as for you, Barnabas. you don't leave your room until I say so."Sylvia hissed slapping me once more with the newspaper. "What the fuck do I look like to you..? a dog or a 5 year old?!"I took the newspaper from her shredding it to pieces. "Both. go, now!"She harshly pushed me and I growled at her, slicing her wrist open with my sharpened nails. She fell to the floor in pain, holding her wrist with the female doctor at her side. "How could you! you monster!"The doctor shouted and I felt the sorrow I had when I was called a monster before I was put to rest. I walked upstairs ignoring the staring from her children and Gwen, locking my door and falling asleep on the bed like a normal person would.. 'normal.' I began to cry tears of blood.

Say anything you want
But talk will get you nowhere
The only thing you brought is psychological warfare
Well there's no getting out
And now you got to wonder
Who will dig you out when you're six feet under

And the only thing to save
Is the banner that you wave
To be wrapped around your grave

"Tell me about your feelings.."The doctor say in front of me on the curved sofa she had in her office with a notepad out. "I don't have feelings."I sneered before crossing my arms. "Really..? but-."I cut her off. "Whatever you or Sylvia think, I wasn't trying to touch her. I was trying to comfort her from the past she suffered."I spoke the same thing for the thousandth time standing up and snapping a table in half. "That's what they all say."She wrote down things in her notes. "What could you possibly be writing down, you fucking idiot."I rubbed my forehead in frustration. "First, of all my name isn't 'fucking idiot.' it is Mari Anne. second of all, you just need to tell me your feelings and you can go away simple as that."She got out an watch with a chain attached to the top of it putting her notes aside. I lied back down on the curved sofa and she began to wave the watch back in forth in my face, the ticking noise of it made me loose reality. "Now, speak to me of your past."She continued to wave the watch in my face. "It all started when I was just a boy.."I spoke hypnotized than I ever had been since Angela did to make me sleep with her. As I talked, her eyes got ever bigger and bigger. At the end of my long talk of my life she ran out of the room in a second and was upstairs in the study with Sylvia. I climbed up the wall, putting my ear to the ceiling to here their talking about me. ".. Did you know he was a vampire?!"Mari Anne screamed at her, hearing something shatter on the floor. "Are you kidding me..? First David, now you?"Sylvia calmly responded as she wrote something down. "It isn't that, I swear on my family's grave. I hypnotized him and he told me he was a once ruler from 1842 being turned into a vampire by a witch that still lives in Collins town!"Mari Anne spoke with fear flooding through her tone of voice. "Even if he is, you better as keep your damn mouth shut. the whole town already hates us."Sylvia neatly stacked her papers in a pile before sticking them in a drawer of the desk. Seconds later, the two females were in the room one staring at me like I was a person escaped from prison and one somewhat terrified but could care less. "So, you are a vampire..?"Sylvia questioned reaching into a drawer. "That I am, and I don't think a stake would be necessary my dear. I wouldn't kill family."I took the stake from her with a couple of tissues throwing it across the room. "Why didn't you tell us in the first place?"Mari Anne hid behind her shakily. "Right.. Hey, I'm a vampire can I stay with you? but be careful, I might kill you in your sleep."I hissed my fangs at them at the end of my sentence before laughing at Mari Anne's stupid question. "If you were the one to live in this house when it was first made, do you know how to unlock the secret passageways around the house..?"Sylvia asked as she tucked her hair behind her ears. "Ah, yes. this one was around the time the Civil War was going on and my father didn't want our family jewels to be stolen by the soldiers or anyone else, so he built this."I grabbed the wolf cane from in between the fireplace and the bookcase, stabbing it into the little hole in the ground, making each three wolves look up and open their mouths, and activating the part where the log was held to move back to reveal a set of stairs. "Come now.."I walked down the stairs pushing the cob webs out of my face with the cane. The both of them looked amazed at the rooms of more sets of stairs. "Here is where he kept them.."I smashed the window to the door with the cane, unlocking it and opening it to find the jewels lying all over the floor, many in chests, some on pillows and on chairs. "Oh my.."Sylvia walked around the room picking up one and then another. "This isn't to be shared with the media or anyone else. my father wanted me to keep it safe and you are part of the Collins family, so you would just be ruining it for your kids and husband as well."I warned her and she respected my wishes, all stepping out before me and I locked the fireplace up once more hiding the cane in a secure place where no one would find it. "What is that..?"I pounced on the stairs like I was an animal staring at at jar with moveable goo inside of it lighting up in purple. "That's a lava lamp, genius."Caroline brought it towards me but I stepped away from it. "What kinds of music do you listen to these days..?"I looked around her room at the pictures of people with costumes on and I believe the name of the band written across it. "Oh, the usual. Nickelback, Greenday, Nirvana, Metallica, and so on. What about you?" She sat up on her bed showing me circular plastics with words written across them. "I'm a smoker... I'm a joker, I'm a midnight toker."I tried to remember the words to the song Willie was listening to earlier. "I love that song. it's by the Steve Miller band, right..?"She asked me with a wide grin and I slowly responded with a questionable 'yes.' "Don't listen to her.. she's a freak of nature."David came in with a toy dinosaur in his right hand. "Well, at least I don't believe in fairy tales."Caroline fought back and they both started to bicker back and forth. "Excuse me, but is it really necessary to call each other these things..? you are both brother and sister, you shouldn't hurt each other because of what you like and what you believe in."I spoke calmly and amazingly they both stopped fighting. "I saw Gwen earlier, she's a little upset."David told me as he made growling sounds making it look like the toy dinosaur could walk. "Well, umm.. I have to go now guys. see you later."I waved before walking out to find Gwen.

Gwen's pov!
I was sitting on my comfortable bed when I felt a chilling gust of wind blow into the room. I turned to see what it was but it was just the door wide open. When I completely shut the door a small 'hey' came from behind me causing me to hit my head on the door in fright. "I'm so sorry.. I just wanted to come to say hello."It was Trent sitting there on the bed with a slight smile on his face, but facial expression reading devastated. "It's cool.."I sat a few inches from him and he began to scoot slowly towards me. "Are you okay..? David told me you told him you were upset earlier."He brushed his warm hand on my cheek softly. "I'm just a little still shook up from last night.."I mumbled pulling my knees into me, hugging them tightly. "I already told you everything's going to be alright. you don't have to worry about anything."He wrapped his arms around me pulling my body close to him. "So, I was wondering.. um...-"He was cut off when the two children burst through the door. "Sorry to interrupt, but our family would like to have to dinner with you later on for such help in the family business."David began to pull on his hands finally pulling me up to his feet. I giggled as they both literally dragged him out of the room down the staircase and into the dining room. Apparently they invited more than a few people as they said, having almost the entire main room full of people from around town. Everyone was greeting him nicely, giving him hugs and laughter. I just stood there hid behind a wall above the staircase watching the people socialize with Trent or each other. When everyone sat down for dinner, it was my job to make sure they all got what they wanted and my hands and feet began to ache from it all. Trent glanced at me a couple of times with a worried look and I just smiled, but really I would rather be cleaning the kitchen floor than this. I fell onto my bed exhausted as I ever been in my entire life. "Boy, you look tired."Someone gently whispered from beside me before chuckling. "More like enough to pass out if I blinked my eyes too long."I sat up letting him sit beside me and he laughed at my response. "Gwen, I know you're tired but-."Sylvia cut herself off when she saw Trent's arms wrapped around me. "We need to talk."Mari Anne walked beside her before walking away once more. "I'll come with you."Trent crawled to the other side of the bed to help me up and I silently thanked him afterwards. "It is about time we told you something."Sylvia stood in front of the fire waving in the fireplace. Trent looked like he was going to explode from anger or even cry seeing his eyes glisten in the light of the fire. The two children were brought in with Mari Anne and they both sat beside me asking their mother many questions why they had to be in here at the moment. "This might be hard on you all to know this but, the man who had started to live with us just days ago is a cursed vampire from centuries ago."Sylvia pointed up at the painting I was interested in when I first got here of the man with the bloody mouth. I looked at Trent then back at the painting drawing conclusions that he really did look exactly like him. The children began scooting away from them then running off to their rooms hearing the doors locked. "Gwen, I-."I didn't listen to the rest of what he had to say. I took off running towards my room with tears gushing down my face, locking and pushing a chair up against my door then running out to the balcony. I cant trust anyone, not even Trent who I even told I trusted him but turned out to be a killer. I stood upon the ledge hearing the door of the entrance to the room slam down and Trent screamed out my name seeing blood stream down his face. I took a breath before leaping off to my death, and he caught me by my fingertips pulling me up to safety. "Why would you do that..?"Blood dripped from his cheeks and his eyes were no longer emerald green, but scarlet and his fangs gleamed in the moonlight. "You lied to me! you said everything was going to be alright and you turned out to be a blood thirsty killer from God knows when."I began to step away from him with tears shooting from my eyes. "I never meant to hurt you-."I cut him off. "But you did mean to wait for me to get comfortable with you and then plan to kill me, right..?"I turned away from him crossing my arms crying silently. "No, I didn't want to frighten you or anybody. that stupid doctor just decided to get nosy and learn about my past. I just thought maybe I could have a family again."He whispered between soft sniffles. I turned to the bloody faced vampire with his eyes shut tight and clenching his fists so that his sharpened nails would pierce his skin. I walked over to him and wrapped my arms around him softly, snuggling my face into his pale neck. He soon hugged me back and we both kept this embrace for quite awhile.. not that I wasn't complaining or anything. "Can you forgive me..?"He pulled away to look me in the eyes with his normal, beautiful green eyes. "Sure, Barnabas."I teasingly punched him in the shoulder and he smiled slight laughter passing from his lips. I could not help but quickly peck his lips then to pull away and blush like crazy. He looked joyous more than he looked surprised and I bit my lower lip looking down at the stones below my feet. "I hear Sylvia calling me.. later."I stammered and I took off running towards the living room catching my breath and staring lovingly up at the painting above the fireplace having no problem falling asleep on the couch.

You've gone too far
Who do you think you are
Is this what you came for
Well this means war

And the only thing to save
Is the banner that you wave
To be wrapped around your grave

Trent's pov!
I awoke to birds singing which is most of the time annoying for me, but since last night it has changed for me. I opened my eyes to not the best thing to wake up to and I began to growl. I was chained to a wooden table without anything but my boxers on and I seemed to have be stabbed a few times with a knife but haven't noticed. "Good morning, hubby. hope you slept well because I couldn't knowing you were longing for another woman's heart crying for her forgiveness."Angela walked in in her usual slutty outfits with a bloody knife in her fist. "Where am I?! Why am I here..?"I screamed at her trying to break free from the surprisingly painful cuffs around my wrists and ankles. "Wondering why you're hurting so much and how you cant break free..? the cuffs are made with stake in them."She devilishly laughed and pressed the cuff deeper onto my hand causing me to cry out in agony. "What do you want from me?"I shouted at the top of my lungs, my voice echoing off the cement walls. "Your heart and so you don't run me out of business again.."She trailed off snapping her fingers to bust a hole through the cement wall to view of my father's fish factory being lit up in flames. Two guys took the cuffs off of me and tied me up placing a piece of tape over my mouth and throwing me into a car. I threw myself up to the window to watch the factory continue to burn to the ground. The car stopped roughly and I slammed into the back of Angela's seat. One of the guys threw me inside the mansion and there was Gwen playing the piano to only be disturbed at the sight she was forced to see. The tape muffled the cry of her name and I tried wiggling out of the rope to shield her before Angela came in. "You must be Gwen. how nice of you to steal my love's heart from me."Angela walked inside pushing her hands together and having an anaconda slither out from the palm of her hand towards her. She scattered up from the seat in front of the piano and cowered in fear into the staircase as the snake inched closer to her with it's snake spitting out. "Now, I don't have to kill you unless you agree to letting me kill the last of the Collins family and Trent."Angela bribed her with murder. "Angela..?"Sylvia came in with her jaw fallen and eyes widened. "My good friend, Sylvia. I may spare your life in the end but would you care to watch..? the show's about to start."Angela laughed and I looked up at Sylvia hoping she would save us. David came running in and sliced the ropes open with a pocketknife tearing the tape off painfully. The snake quickly jerked itself towards David and I grabbed it choking it to death watching as it turned to dust. The dust started to swirl and then it got larger, soon moving around the entire room creating a dust storm. Angela pounced at me from through the blurry sand punching me across the face and I kicked her off of me into the fast swirling wind only to be knocked down when she dived towards me. I grabbed her and bit her neck harshly swallowing the most disgusting blood. She pushed me off of her and shot fire from her fingertips to throw at some of the furniture and on the walls and it quickly spread. Black smoke filled the air swirling around in the dust storm. I threw her onto the staircase and leaped in front of her slashing my nails across her face. She cried out before pushing me down the flight of stairs landing onto the floor with a loud thud. I glanced over to see Sylvia and David fighting off the guards but no sign of Gwen. I barely got up when I was pounded upon deeply into the floor and sliced across the eye with a shard of glass. I was continued to be stabbed and sliced at when someone tackled her off of me and onto the burning staircase. I looked up to see that Caroline was now turned into a werewolf and chewing at Angela's skin like it was nothing but a dead animal. Angela lifted her up with her air lifting powers slamming her harshly at the wall having chunks of wood fallen upon her. Mari Anne quickly ran through the smoke to save her from being crushed to death and pulled her outside. I was again tackled upon but on my back and I flung Angela off of me and jumped on her punching without even caring to stop. Her face started to leak of blood and her face turned into the love I lost centuries ago causing me to fall off of her. "Why would you hurt me, Barnabas..? why would you do this to me..?"She spoke in the same voice she had with tears streaming down her face. "I didn't mean to! It was an accident!"I cried of sorrow and Angela turned to normal laughing like the evil witch she was. "You're a complete sucker for love, you know that..?"Angela knelt down beside me slapping me across the face. "Leave him alone."David stood on the other side of me in front of Angela not even a scared expression on his face. "Aw, what a cute boy you are. what are you gonna do, cry to death..? that actually sounds entertaining though."She tapped her chin as she laughed hysterically. "Maybe I wont do anything, but my real mom can."He motioned his hand at the none burning part of the home and out flew a female ghost screaming piercingly taking Angela's soul right from her body when she flew through it. "Here.. take it, it's yours."Angela reached into her chest pulling out her still beating heart and I stood there refusing to take her love just because she was dieing. Her face twisted in anger and she began to crack like glass by the second, with the last crack she was spread out all over the floor her insides not as glass but actually real blood soaking the ancient rug beneath her. I quickly ran out from the burning mansion and throwing myself onto the grass breathing heavily. "Trent, where's Gwen?!"Sylvia shouted in terror and I ran back inside searching all over the room in a panic not seeing her anywhere. I gasped, suddenly knowing where she was. I ran as fast as I could towards Devil's cliff and there was Gwen looking exactly how my once love was when she was about to die. I grabbed her by her waist holding her so close to me so she couldn't break free. "You're hurting me.."She sounded hypnotized and I released her but not enough to let her start walking again. "What are you doing?"I asked her looking deep into her eyes hating to wait every second for her to answer. "There's no way we could be together forever. you're a vampire and I'm just a silly human that will just ruin your life forever."She pulled out of my weakened grip and inched more to the edge. "I'll find a way, I swear. please don't do this or don't listen to Angela's command, she is trying to kill you."I gently gripped her shoulders shaking her slightly. She closed her eyes and fell backwards plummeting towards the rocks below. I jumped and quickly got her into my arms, sinking my fangs into her and then slamming onto the rocks. I held the lifeless beautiful girl in my arms sobbing as if I were an infant having the rain wash the blood away. I looked down and her eyes were wide open and her skin looked more pale than before, her eyes were now an aqua blue, and fangs sank below her upper lip resting on the bottom. "Trent, you saved me."She whispered so silently I could barely hear her voice. I brushed my forehead up against hers and gently pecked her lips multiple times. "My sweet and beautiful Gwen. will you forever be by my side and make me the happiest man alive or somewhat alive and marry me..?"I held her close to me having our foreheads touch and staring into her breath taking aqua blue eyes. "Of course I will."She smiled with tears streaming down her cheeks and I reached into my suit pocket pulling out the surprisingly still there ring and slid it on her finger. I lifted her up and spun her around with my lips locked upon hers feeling her hands slowly run up and down my back. "I love you."I muttered between kisses and hearing her say that back to me made me forget about she who shall not be named forever.
