Ollie and Tess

This episode strangely remains one of my favorite Tess & Oliver episodes to date within the entire series. We learned obviously that Tess had had a brief time with Checkmate, joining them when she’d believed (as she does with so many) that they were doing good for the world, and when she’d learned otherwise, she’d left them immediately. Strangely, back then, they left her alone, and now I wonder if at that point, it was Lex who protected her from them, because you see in current time, when Lex is no longer there to protect her, they want her back in their grasp.
