Wouldn't it be interesting if the Duggars had a red-haired child next (or if Jordyn-Grace ends up being a redhead) ?

I would love that. All of the children have brown hair and usually all of the girls curl thier hair. I think that they need a child who is different and stands out, whether they are set apart by hair color or something else. They need to express themselves and show the world what makes them who they are, not the family they come from.
