Madeline Character Description(Redo; More details.)

I just thought it needed more details..... the other one I deleted.

Hair color: Dirty blonde/ Light brunette with blonde highlights.
Hairstyle: Just above shoulder length. Flips out a bit at the ends in the back. Parted to the left. Quite messy. Always down. Drawn with a curl on the back of hair in part, like in Hetalia.
Eye color: Brown with a tint of red.
Height: 5"8
Build: Very slim and boney. Has no muscle or strength, but this is slightly wrong. (See powers section.)

Bodywear: A tight sliver gray tee shirt that reaches over hips. A purple cami is occasionally visible under the tee shirt. The shirt has a black upside down Libra sign on it. Also wears dark turquoise jacket. No hood on it, but a tall collar.
Legwear: Long flared pale blue jeans. The jeans are to long and drag under heels, so the ends are ripped. The jeans are a bit large.
Footwear: Large brown grey laceless conserves.
Handwear: (Not sure if this is handwear or jewelry. Oh well.) Two rings on right hand. A ring with a green gem on index finger and ring with a red gem on ring finger. Green ring has Sanity engraved on it and red one has Insanity engraved on it. They are both grown into my skin, so I can't take them off.(For purpose of rings, see powers section.)

This may be a bit hard to explain, but I'm sure you will get it more than me.
This part is mostly based on a dream I had.
My powers are mostly dependent on the two rings I wear, Sanity and Insanity.
They are like generators that generate my energy and when I make contact with an object or living thing, like a rock or a human, I break apart the elements, atoms, cells, or basically anything that makes it up and cause them to explode after a amount of hits. Thing power comes from the ring that says Insanity. This power is similar to Scar from Fullmetal Alchemist.
Since that isn't that effective, the Sanity ring can stop time/ speed me up (Either way, I don't know.) So several minutes of beating my seem like a couple seconds to anyone else's eyes. (only when punching, not with normal running or anything else)
Using both these power are a strain on my sanity, but very little.
Why these rings are labeled Insanity and Sanity is because I myself would be the balance between insanity and sanity in the world and in everyone. This is also a strain on my sanity. If either ring was broken, I fell into complete insanity, or either ring was somehow removed from my right hand, even though they are both ingrown into my skin, would plunge the whole world into utter insanity. (Foreshadowing possibly?)
So, basically my powers two rings stuck to my hand that help my balance insanity and sanity
and help me make stuff explode with punches at extreme speeds.
(Slightly based on Scar from Fullmetal Alchemist, Dave, Aradia, and Terezi from Homestuck, and a dream I had.)

Personality:
I have a smartass, sarcastic, rude, devious, perverted, bitchy personality hiding behind a kind, sweet, shy, timid, dumb, funny personality. Basically, I have a double sided personality. But, with both personalities, I have a extremely pervy mind and fowl mouth. I both look down upon myself and at the same time think I am much higher than everyone else.

And yes, the rings are based on real rings I occasionally wear. They just don't say insanity or sanity.
