What do you think happened to Annie when she was kidnapped by the capitol?

I am asking this because I saw a post on tumbler that mentioned the "implications" of the fact that she was wearing only a sheet when she came to district 13. I assume this means that the person who posted that believes that she was raped. This is certainly possible, but I am sure that there are other possible explanations, and I was wondering if anybody thought of any.

She could've been tortured with electricity, whipped, maybe just taunted by the capitol, there are a lot of possibilities...

Thanks for answering. :) I actually thought of that too. I have so many unanswered questions that I would love to read Catching Fire and Mockingjay from Annie's perspective. I would also love a prequal set in the years that she , Finnick, or Haymitch were in the Hunger Games.
