I agree with silver93. Rue has darker skin but she'd make a cute prim.

i don't see rue as black. i see her as really tan with dark hair. if she dyed her hair and got a deeper tan, she could make a good rue. i can't imagine her as prim though.

She is WAY to young to be either. And Rue was Black in the book and Black in the movie. Plus she looks young and most people look you ger in movies so that would be a really bad idea in my opinion. -i <3 Peeta!
