Okay, so I've seen this on loads of spots and I thought I would start one here ;D
The Rules are simple: 1) A subject is chosen [it could be a character, episode, scene etc.] 2) Everyone has 4-6 days to submit your entries (depending on how many i get) 3) A pick will go up for voting (for approx. 3 days) 4) Once the winner is chosen, I will post a new subject Please be kind and give props to the winner! GUIDELINES - The icon should be 100 x 100 px - If the icon is of a character, you may include other characters also - The icon can include anything except from animation - If you have made the icon previously, that is fine, but … YOU MUST HAVE MADE THE ICON YOURSELF you can change your icon if you wish but please do not change it once the round is closed ;D POINTS WINNER 3 pts 2nd PLACE 2 pts 3rd PLACE 1 pt. Okay... I really suck at making icons now that I think about it xD!!! But whatever... had to do it on word cuz paint doesn't even work on my computer... it was kinda weird!

I reccommend using picnik if your looking for something new, it's an online site, it's free and you don't need to sign up, it's what i use and it's fabulous with loads of effects and you can make loads of adjustments to your photos, [the example is of Claire from lost]
You should give it a try for next round!
