^Her comment was from 6 months ago... So, Amy wasn't annoying then. At least in my opinion she wasn't. I will admit that Amy been pretty annoying these last 3 episodes BUT I still like her character and I'm hoping she gets better.

Also, I would like to add how wrong your whole statement was. Amy is annoying. The show was created to warn girls of the problems with teen pregnancy. Adrian is just as stupid as Amy for getting herself pregnant. It happens, even when precaution is used. Adrian accidentally got pregnant and was not trying to get back at Amy. Ben went for Adrian to get back at Amy....Adrian didn't have to steal him. Ricky and Amy are a ridiculous coupling. They are only together because of John. Lastly, Ben did the right thing by marrying Adrian, unlike Ricky. Hope you learned something. :)

^Okay... your whole comment is an opinionated comment. Nothing about that was fact. Adrian actually did go after Ben to get back at Amy and Ricky for kissing. It wasn't her choice to get pregnant... but by having sex with Ben, to get back at Amy, she knew there was a chance that could happen. Also, how do you know that Ricky and Amy are only together because of John? Yeah, he's part of the reason because he is their son BUT they weren't together for almost 2 years after he was born and they could have kept it like that. But they chose to get together so they have to have feelings for eachother. And.... Ben did do the right thing by marrying Adrian but where did that get him? In divorce, in less than a year. So, maybe Ricky and Amy were smarter for waiting to get engaged? You have your opinion and everyone else has theirs but there is no reason to put anyone else's opinion down.

Season 1: Amy was my favorite character
Season 2: I hated Amy BUT in her defense, she was adjusting to being a new mother so I could see why she would be whiny and stuff (but she was over dramatically whiny)
Season 3: Amy was cool again... I liked her character and with Ricky she was perfect
1st half of season 4: Amy was still a pretty good character
2nd half of season 4 (so far): Most annoying thing ever :P

Hopefully she gets better!

But I have never seen a "main character" as self-absorbed since Scarlett O'Hara! I notice some of you agree that she's annoying, but you still like her. That's fine -- but I must admit, I can't like someone that totally selfish. I wish the writers would redirect her character and let her GROW UP.
