The Sims 3 Question

I think I have a glitch in my game, someone please help! =(

I have a band in the sims but whenever they get asked for gigs and they go, THE MIXOLOGIST NEVER GOES INSIDE. The mixologist just refuses to go inside the bar preventing them for playing their gig! It's so annoying, does anyone know how to fix this!? Please help! =(

I haven't made a band yet so I don't know much about how the gigs work, but maybe because it's a bar with drinks the mixologist won't go in? Try playing somewhere else like a club or something, if that doesn't work, fire him maybe? :)

Theres no message that says that the Sim doesnt go in though, in a bar you arent allowed in unless there is a mixologist on duty but the mixologist is always outside and the band that I made cant go inside but the game still plays normally! But thank you so much for the answer anyway, I appreciate it! =)
