Got the Wii version 3 days ago; biggest mistake of my gaming life?

Just wanted to know if I should kick myself in the nuts for getting this game

I heard the Wii version sucked but as I couldn't find the game I wanted for my PSP(yes I have one now), I ended up trying my luck getting this game and Need For Speed: The Run. The latter's actually pretty damn good. My only compaint is: Why can't Sims theoretically live forever anymore??

They can live forever. Just go into the options and disable aging.

I don't have that in the Wii version; I checked. Also: WHAT THE FUCK?! I can't buy anything to put in my house, and now it randomly catches on fire! This fucking sucks because I had to move TWICE. And no, selling your shit doesn't work.

U obviously need to play around with it coz i have it and can buy things to put in my house and if your house catches on fire while ur cooking u need to improve cooking skill and dont leave fire places on
