Ok so I got this from the random spot but I'll change it a little.

Here are the rules of the game:

1) Post a name and (if you want) a picture of a character or a couple from TVD. You can also post an actor/actress that plays there.

2) The second user says if he/she/they is/are HOT or NOT and posts the next character as well.

3) The third user does the same and it goes on.

Please do not repeat characters
