Glinda is a Sorceress the most powerful one she is the ruler of the Quadlings in the south of Oz she is the protecter the wizard is a mortal but king Pastoria is the true wizard but he is no more he was powerful than Glinda can be sometimes called a witch in the 1939 movie they made her ruler of the north but she is ruler of the south when the wicked witch of the south was ruler Glinda banished her and she became the ruler when Dorothy came to oz at before she went back to Kansas Glinda told her that her silver shoes can transport her anywhere Glinda is 100 years old but she may look young Glinda was never wicked she was always good sometimes she helps Ozma and Dorothy she is good indeed
