He bent over to get a better look at me. I narrowed my eyes. “You dare stand up to the great and glorious Starscream!” the robot replied. His hand formed into a cannon. I bit my lip. Just as the cannon got red, I remembered a memory from my childhood. I remembered that I can control things, not telloconicus, but actually control them. I put the tips of my fingers on my head, and focused all the energy into my hands. Just as the cannon fired I shot my hands up. The missile stopped. I turned it towards Starscream, and he tried to run. I controled his legs.
“Why did you bomb my house,” there was a bizarre feeling in my stomach which said he did it. He didn’t answer me at first. “ANSWER ME NOW or I will light you up like a torch,” I threatened. He didn’t answer. I had a weird feeling that he wanted that piece. I let go of the missile and it flew towards him. He forgot I was controlling him and tried to run. It ended up hitting him worse than it would than if he just stood still. I stopped controlling him. “You’re a waste of energy and I’m not going to put up with it. Leave now!” I ordered. You know what he did? Got up, and left. I breathed a sigh of relief. I raced over to my friend. She was lying on the ground, barley breathing.
“Go and check if f your family is ok,” One guy told me, handing me keys to a motorcycle. I nodded, took the keys, and Rode home.
When I got home, it was a mess. Debris was spread everywhere. The only rooms that walls remained were my dad’s work room, and my room. I walked into my dad’s work room. I opened the old lock-box. I found a big key that looked like my house key. I shrugged and took it out and put it in my pocket. I took the piece out. I found a thin piece of bendable wire and wrapped it around the piece, and made a loop. I put the string through the loop, and strung it around my neck. I got an electric shock when the piece touched my skin. I shrugged. I grabbed the lock box with John’s phone in it. I threw it in my room. I looked around, and called out “John! Mom!” and there was no answer. I looked down. There were too many memories overwhelming me. I went in my room. Most of my stuff remained in one piece. I started packing. I packed only 2 T-shirts, one pair of shorts, and one pair of jeans. I put a locket with my brothers and moms picture in it, in my bag. I also put a locket with my moms and dads pic in my bag. I put a camera in it, and all other necsesities in it. I found a smaller box. It was IPhone sides. I, coustiany, opened the box. It was in its phone form. I put it in the box. It would be forced to stay in phone form, or be crushed into a rectangular cube because it was reinforced steal and about five inches thick.
I bought tickets for tomorrow for a flight at eight in the morning, with my mom’s credit card. I took the key out of my pocket. Then I remembered I put the keys to the motorcycle on my dad’s work desk. I looked and they were gone. Hmmm…. I thought, looking at the key. I got on the motorcycle and put the key near the key lock on the motorcycle. The threads changed into the ones on the motorcycle key. “Awesome,” I whispered.
I rode to a hotel. “Do you have a room with one bed, and one bathroom?” I asked the lady at the front desk.
“Yes we do,” she replied. I gave her the card, and she handed it back with a key. I looked at the room. It was room 506. I went up to the room. It had a spectacular view, free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, and a comfortable bed. I plopped down on my bed and I looked at my phone. It said:
ONE MISSED CALL: UNCLE WILLIAM LENNOX
He may not be uncle by blood, but he’s uncle by friendship. I called him back. “You called?” I asked.
“Hey kiddo. You ok? I saw the news,” he replied.
I sniffled. “Yea I’m fine, just shocked. I never thought that this would happen, especially by a big scardy cat,” I replied. “Then he showed up at the mall and almost killed my friend. He said his name was Starscream,” I added.
“Wait, did you say Starscream?” He asked. I nodded, as if he can see. “He’s Megatrons Lutendient ,” he added. I heard mumbling in the background. “Hey, your dad wants to talk to you. See you soon, kiddo?” He asked.
“Yup, see you soon,” I replied. He handed the phone off.
“Yes?” I asked.
“He, kid, you’re going to be staying with up for a while on the base. You ok with that?” He asked.
“As long as I get to learn how to protect myself,” I replied.
He laughed. “You kill me kid. Fine, you’ll learn with Robert and William,” he replied. I smiled.
Yawning, I replied. “Ok dad, I’ll see you tomorrow. I’m tired, and want to go to bed. Who will be my ride to the base?” I asked.
“Remember Sam?” He asked.
I groaned. “Not him, please not him. Remember last time he paid a visit while you were on leave? He and I almost killed each other! And Bumblebee almost killed Cliff!” I exclaimed, but quietly.
“You go with him, or you walk.”
I groaned. “Fine, but I won’t be happy about it.”
He laughed. “Have a good evening, Rain.”
“You too, bye.” I hung up, and walked down stairs for dinner.
“Reservation, please,” asked the lady at the front.
I looked her in the eye. “I need no reservation,” I replied.
“Ok right this way,” She replied, grabbing a menu. She led me to a booth in the corner of the room. I had a nice dinner, and returned to my room to what I thought would be a peaceful sleep, but turned out to be a nightmare. I didn’t get into PJ’s because I didn’t pack any; I just slept in my clothes. I couldn’t fall asleep. At about 12 o’clock, I decided I would try white noise. I walked outside to a small patio, and sat in a lounge chair. Cars zoomed by, airplanes landed 2 miles away, at the airport where I was going in the morning. My eyelids started getting heave, and I instantly fell asleep.
