Chapter 5
The school routine
By the second week, I was firmly in my school routine. Wake up, breakfast, school, limited fun time, sleep, repeat. We had an official Gal table, and I believe we have three new gal’s. Though you can’t be sure, I only know the one we confirmed.
Believe it or not, Talia. Yep, crazy pants is with us now, though she’s still crazy she’s not insane anymore. In fact, the doctors were surprised she miraculously recovered. My theory? School changed her, it did to me.
She now knows not to shout anymore, and tries to keep it down a notch, although there’s some slips where she goes crazy, but that’s Talia. And of course, we know Talia’s got some crazy things, like last Saturday I got to see her new shrine dedicated to Cal, and I smiled as I thought of Ryler, the way better guy for me. Even though I want to tell Talia to just give up, I’ve got to give that little jerk ball a chance, people change, in crazy ways but they do.
The other two, have been hanging out with us, so there in. You know them Honey and Scotty.
Grey groaned as he rubbed his eyes, “school has just started and already I’m getting bored. Gym is killing me.”
I grumble as I take a bite out of my apple, “I feel your pain.”
Beth nudged my shoulder. “At least were together.”
Ali looked at him. “Speaking of gym, can you spill the deets on those hottie mc hot hots in our class.”
Scotty and I snorted as Honey and Talia nodded enthusiastically. Grey glanced at Beth quickly. “I don’t know…”
Sage rolled her eyes. “Please, I’ve seen you without a shirt Grey, she won’t leave you.”
Beth choked on her drink, and Grey’s ears turned bright red, they looked so adorable I laughed. “Aww, you two!”
“Shut up!” Grey snapped, running a hand threw his hair. “Fine!”
Ali squealed. “Yay! Finally some new boys to stalk!”
Grey ignored that comment. “Dean, single, arrogant-”
“Like you,” I cut in.
“-and totally not worth your time-”
“Hallelujah,” Beth and I said.
“Keeth,” Grey continued, his lips turning up into a smile. “Single, nice, modest and honest-”
“Does he work out often?” Honey asked.
“Daily,” Grey answered, and Ali, Honey, and Talia sighed. “The rest are mostly taken, or to you…dorks.”
“And your bored to say anything more boring about boring people,” Scotty added.
Honey shrugged, “were teenage girl’s-”
“Gal’s.” I said.
“-gal’s, we need our fix of hot boys, we don’t even have to date them, just look at them. The beautiful structure, like a angel statue, oh! My heart beats wildly.”
Beth and I share an amused glance. Scotty shakes her head. “No, that’s called stalking, or at least, the beginning into creating a creepy stalker. Sweetie, you need a life.”
Honey rolled her eyes. “I got one.”
Grey sighed. “None of them are barely worth your time, most are arrogant jerks, don’t you dare say like you, Pam,” he added when I opened my mouth, and I closed it, he smirked before continuing. “Other’s you won’t be interested in, …and the rest…” Grey shrugged. “…are girl’s.”
“You forgot you,” Honey says, smirking. “What category are you in.”
Grey smiled at Beth, kissing her. “Taken. My ticket has been sold out.”

Don't be careless
About the world
Many people are penniless
They have nowhere to go
Generations through generations
Our numbers subtract
Stand up and fight
We are not powerless
Together we unite
And restore our happiness
Come on let's be earnest
We can improve academically
Show that we care
Our people need compassion
We live and love
And we think of above
Forever and ever
We will be together
No matter how wicked
Or cruel we can be
We all live and die
In this democracy on Earth

Reality hurts, I have experience
It makes you feel free, and then drags you to the ground
It tells you that everything will be ok
Later it crushes all hope and faith
It makes you see what you want to see
Let’s you feel what you want to feel
It puts you in those “oh snap” positions
It laughs at you in the face for your mistakes
It can help you find love or heartbreak
In the end reality gives you the same outcome
The very outcome you tried to avoid
Reality doesn’t control me, I refuse to be destroyed
