I'm sympathetic to Cameron, her husband technically killed a patient on purpose. She tried to work it out with him, but she just couldn't. Izzie on the other hand... for fucks sake!! Alex, who has never been my favorite or anything, he stood by her through everything. He held her in his arms while she basically died.
