Does Victoria actually end up coming in New Moon?

She is not in the book, however she sends others to look for her, and to see what she is up to.. kind of like a spy. She probably is being used in the movie for something like they show her telling the person to go search her house...then the go to the part where the person is searching. kind of like a little background information..you can't leave the viewer totally clueless.

no she is in new moon because thats why the wolves came back because the cullens leave and she cames so they have to have some one that can keep their land safe from vampires, and she is also in the thrid book cause that is when she makes the new born vampires that is why the cullens and the wolves fight together is because there were more new borns then the cullens, but yes she does came back in new moon.
