Is this series good ? I've been thinking of reading it but I'm not sure.Please read question onward fro more details.

in regards to "HoN" and "Twilight" (the books and god save me the first three not the fourth) yes. you will love this series.

rose can be described as a very zoey-esq girl(from the first three books) minus the sluttiness and the "worship me i am all powerfulness" in the sense that she is pretty open voiced and upbeat (not annoying and helpless like bella)

although rose does cause problems (like bella) SHE is usually the one to solve them and is a bit impulsive on things,

I've read a few of the ones you named, but the VA series is by far my favorite one. I've read all of them like 3 times now. I love the humor that's in it. I do like twilight but like others say I much prefer Rose and the other characters (Lissa, Christian, Dimitri, Adrian)in the VA series. She's not so boring I guess you could say. She's stubborn but at the same time would do most anything for her friends. I love her say/act attitude before she thinks. The last book is coming out in nov or dec I'm excited.
