More importantly how's trying to reduce his global warming contribution? He should start by eating less, using his car less often, eating local produce and just "keep it simple".

What does Van care? He's rich. He's only got one daughter. So let's destroy the planet! We can just build another one out of fibreglass.

Rich people should only be allowed to have homes the size of ordinary people. And only one car. Stop them polluting. Hey, why isn't population control being linked to the global warming debate. More people equals more pollution.

It doesn't matter if Global Warming is real or not. If we reduce our pollution output we are helping the planet and making it a better place for future generations. Sounds like a no brainer to me. Why are middle aged white men so quick to claim the Global Warming doesn't exist? Why that ego problem? They'd rather win an argument than be happy.

Carbon taxes and emissions trading don't work. If you want to cut carbon cut carbon. Close all coal mines worldwide now! Use nuclear, wind, hydro and solar power. Sure a lot of coal jobs would go but let's save the planet. New jobs would come in the alternative industries. Even Van knows that. Sell your coal mining shares. When the world reads this post coal shares will fall like boxers. (Not the dogs)

There is no point. Do what you want. Life is just crap. There is no purpose. We are just accidental molecules in motion. If no God there is no right or wrong. Do what you want. Burn, baby burn. Yeah.

We let China go and create pollution until 2030. All the other countries damaging their own economies while China surges. Why did we enter the Paris Climate Accords? Why did we sign? Why did we let China off? Now it makes more greenhouse gasses than the next 9 countries combined. But oh that's right ... at least we signed .. as the Coca Cola company said "Image is Everything" .....
