Who are your Top 10 Favorite Non-Disney & Pixar Animated Movie Villains?

Inspired by the WatchMojo.com Episode, Top 10 Animated Villains Excluding Disney and Pixar (www.youtube.com/watch?v=eVm6zi…), I decided to make this meme so others would list their own Top 10. Everyone is welcomed to use this meme so have fun. But before anyone lists their own Top 10, here's the rules:
1. We are excluding villains from both Disney & Pixar
2. You can use villains from Hybrid Movies (Movies that are combined Live-Action & Animation such as Osmosis Jones & Space Jam) as long as the villain is animated
3. We are also excluding Anti-Hero's such as Megamind & Gru, and Comic Book Villains because those are different lists.
4. If you want you can also list other Favorite Villains as Honorable Mentions that unfortunately couldn't be listed in your own Top 10
