nd the rest of th Iconic Boyz.......
Today was an odd day, i just couldnt get this wierd feeling off of me. I was at the skatepark with my friends Ethan, Jacob and Daniella and my sister Isabella who often insulted my awesome purple hair.
I was trying to do all sorts of tricks, but i just kept failing."come on Gen, just keep trying" Ethan said. " no screw this, im done trying, maybe tomorrow guys" i said."come on i dont wanna go home" Izzy said complaing like always." fine but im not gonna be doing anything" i commented.
I left to go sit down with Daniella who was playing on my ipad. "Whatchadoin?" i asked in a little girl voice.
She laughed. " nothin just whatching this video my friend posted about this group that went on abdc called the Iconic Boyz" she said " cool, i wanna see" i replied. I watched the video and saw some one named Vinny, we used to be good friends until i left Englishtown, NJ for Encino, CA, 5 years ago.
" hey Izzy come check this out, its Vin" i said. She came. At that moment my wierd feeling became wierder, i couldnt help but to smile at him.
" you meen Vinny from across the street Vinny?" she asked yep thats him. " cool" Izzy said." that boy can dance" Danny said. We laughed and me and Izzy got our stuff and left home.
~at home~
" hi Ma, were back!" i yelled taking the key of the door. "hi Me ija im just in the kitchen cooking dinner" she replied, " Izzy come set the table!" my mom yelled. Izzy ran to the dining room and me to my room.
I sat on my bed looking at pictures of Vinny on my iphone looking totally hot. I was there sitting when Izzy came and yelled "dinners ready!". I went to the dining room ate some food and left to my room. I to my laptop and went to ovoo to talk with Danny.
"hi" Danny said.
"hey" i said smiling and waving
" do you really know him?" she asked
"who.....Vinny?" i said confuesd
"yea" she replied.
" well when we were little kids we used to live across the street, our moms met at a pta meeting in school then they relized we lived across the street so we started to hang out, but thats the past" i said
"sure didnt seem like the past when you were smiling at his picture" she said giggling
"ok maybe i like him, alittle" i said
" i knew it!" she said gloating. "well i gotta go, see ya later Vinny Lover"
"bye" i said laghing.
I odily fell asleep right then and there. I woke up the next morning because if my mom banging on my door. "what" i said partically yawning. "do your hair and pack your things cuz were going on a trip" she said. " why did i let her dye her hair purple" she mumbled walking into her room.
I ran to my bathroom and got ready. I let my straight hair down, put in a gray knit cap, a black sirt and purple plaid caprise.
I ran to Izzy's room. " were are we going" i asked. "wierdly were going to Vinny`s birthday party" she said." cool" i said that quickly ran to my room to text Danny. On the inside i was all like omg,omg,omg but on the outside i was all lilke thats cool man.
My Phone buzzed. It was Danny it said. "omg u lucky gurl! =)". "ikr, gtg txt u l8ter" i texted back. I quickly gatherd my clothes, toothbrush and paste, hair brush, ipad, iphone, laptop, my LED sneakers and my lucky board. "come on every on to the car!" my mom yelled. We got in thed car and left for the airport.
It took us about 7 hours to get there. We got in a Taxi and left for Vinnys house.
DING DONG!! I heard some one say "can you get that" then i heard footsteps then Vinny opened the door.
" Hi " he said. I looked down at the concrete. " please come in" he said making way so that we could go inside. I made sure that he didnt see my face i wanted to see if he could recodnize me on his own.
We went inside and sat down in the living room. I got my ipod and my skateboard. I went to the kithcen to say hi to his mom. "Hi Mrs. C " I said. " oh hello, Genesis you look so different, but in a good way" she said. "thank i guess" i replied. I went over to my mom and wisperd in her ear if i could go skateboard outside. She said i could but i had to be accompanied.
"Izzy come on, lets go skate" i said. " cool just let me get my board" she said. Vinny looked at me with that kind of who are you face. I quickly left outside with Izzy and did some ticks. Later Vinny came and sat dwn on the step. " hi Vin" Izzy said. " do i know you?" he asked. "you dont remember me Isabella, you know i used to live across the street with my sis Genesis" she awnsered pointing to me. Vinny looked at me in a wierd way. " its the hair you know she obiaslly dyed it purple and lost her girlyness" she sadi coming torwards me. I just pretended like i didnt hear a thing. She grabbed my hand and took me to Vinny, she grabbed my arms amd stood behind me. "just imagin me with brown straight hair and wearing pink. Vinny and i laughed. " now i remember you guys he said. Yea took you long enough" Izzy said. He looked really hot. "hi Gen" he said looking up at me. I looked at him finally letting him see my face."hi" i said. "you look really cool" he said. " thanks i said and went back to skating.
