Hi, I'm Bluey, and I'm going to show you a couple tips and tricks about WolfQuest.
Table of Contents:
1.) Hunting Elk
2.) Finding a Mate
Hunting Elk and Etc.
For starters, the easiest way to hunt is to begin with cow elk. Those are the quickest to catch and don't respond to your presence unless you charge them. I use a method I like to call as "around and about", which is when you run around the elk, bite it, and repeat. Once you've done this about 3 - 4 times, the elk will start to slow down and you can chase it from behind. If you start to run out of energy while hunting, just eat a random dead carcass lying nearby and resume. Next on our list, are bull elk. These are quite hard to catch and may take up to 15 minutes at least. You will need dead carcasses to feed off of for this mission, and a handful of energy.
Finding a Mate
Before finding your match, you must visit each region: Grassy Plain, Soda Butte Vista, and Amethyst Mountain. There are alo a few different wolf types: the Druid Wolf, the Specimen Wolf, and the Dispersal Wolf.
Druid Wolf: Very agressive, very strong. DO NOT fight back, leave ASAP.
Specimen Wolf: Won't harm you, but when it does, it gives in easily and leaves.
Dispersal Wolf: This is the wolf you are looking for.
Once you meet a Dispersal Wolf, talk to him/her making sure not to scare him/her into thinking you want to hurt it. You will be fine from there, and he/she will become your mate.
