Writing Question

What stories did you write when you first dicovered your passion for writing?

The first story I wrote was about a girl who lived in Fairyville [I was 8]. The only way to get there was to transport yourself to the pretend post office. Everything else was like the real world, except you had magic powers, and lived in pretty houses with your imaginary friends.

The second story was about a girl named Bella who lives a normal, boring life. She's always wanted to be a part of royalty. She turns on the news one day and discovers a princess ran away from her arranged marriage, and killed everyone. Anyway, royal gaurds kidnap Bella because she looks like the princess. Bella likes her new life better, but then gets kidnapped again by a witch, because the witch thinsk the real princess escaped. When Bella is put in the dungeon, she finds the princess, and finds out that the witch kidnapped her, and she didn't run away at all. She saves the princess after discovering that they are sisters. When they come back to the castle, Bella is invited to stay at the castle, but she refuses saying she likes her regular life better. I wrote this when I was 10 :P

Then the story I wrote when I was 11 - a girl's parents are trying to capture a murderer, and the lead is in L.A [they live in Minnesota]. They decide to leave her home with a nanny. Anyway, while taking a walk, she finds out that the murderer is after her. That's how far I got when I stopped.

Now I like writing short stories :)

3 grade I got a notebook that said "Dog" on the front with a a Cartoon dog on it. I wrote a story about three kids that find a dog (names dog) at school and want to keep it but there teach will not let them,and it was the life of Dog. Ha but i threw the notebook away ( and I hate myself for it!)

LOL I wrote about these lions that lived in a zoo and wanted to go back home to Africa. They managed to escape the zoo, but couldn't get to Africa so they just lived in the woods and started their own little lion family.

I also wrote one about a shadow/ shape. it was a sort of horror story i never established what the shape was but it was interesting

First long story:
-It's about a girl who's plane crashed in the Bermuda Triangle and now she's gotta survive on an island with a semi-insane monkey.

First book:
-It's about a girl who found herself in a magical place, now cursed because of an evil entity weilding the power of the galaxy.

First fanfic:
-Hm... can't remember. But I'm currently writing a fanfic for a book called, "The Son of Neptune" (kinda).

It was last year in grade 7 when I was writing simple stories for english class.... I never really thought about writing that much, but i still put all of my effort into the stories. You will laugh when you actually find out how I started to love writing. It was actually after a rewrite of "he True Story of the Three Little Pigs" and my princible came to me and said I was the most talented writer .... I still can't believe I got interested writing forced projects -_-

You should continue your story if you feel happy with it. Like if you love writing it, then go ahead! :)

Aw D: ... Just think about it - if it makes you happy to write it, continue. But if you feel like it's not too good and you've lost interest, you could always come back to it! :)

Ever since I can remember I've wanted to be an author, so I've wrote loads which I can't really remember properly. I also have a habit of starting stories and not finishing them for some reason, I was about 9, (my first story I can remember which I finished) and I wrote a story of a girl who's best friend was murdered. Then I was elected as one of the schools four best writers, then us four were entered into a competition and I won :)

I never did finish that. I never have finished anything over five pages long before... oh, well. There's always a first, right?
Since then, all I write is cute little love stories and fanfics :D although I do have this story I started a while ago and never finished that I'm looking into editing into a ~45-page novella type thing... hmm.

My mother's told me I was a storyteller before I could write, with my Barbie dolls. I think I was four or five. I don't actually mark my start as a writer until the age of nine, and it was just short stories at first. I had these really vivid dreams, and I wanted to write them down to get them out of my head. I ended up making it up as I went, and it evolved immensely. I've been writing for more than half my life, and I'm over 25. I can't really remember all of them. There have been so many. I know there will be a lot more. ;-)

Well it started with a drawing of me as a super hero, which turned into dozens of drawing of my friends and enemies and suddenly I began making up stories in my head, so me and my cousin began making our own little script and wed act out parts. Then I started writing it in book format. I still have it saved on my comp, I havent evsn finished a couple pages and I kinda stopped, but its good to keep just in case. The story's evolved into three sisters one day,waking up and having superpowers which were given to tme by a secret organization trying to stop evil. When they figured normal operatoves wouldnt work they decided super powered operatives could do the job. This has been through,the course of years by the way. I started at 9 and by 12 years of age I got this. I know its stupid but it interested me into writing. I havent done anything that wasnt fanfiction besides that.

Then when I was 13 I wrote a bunch of stories about these a doctor and a scientist and their two assistants and the failures of all their expirements. That's when I started to write stuff on a regular basis.

In third grade, I wrote almost a two hundred page story about me and my best friend stranded on a desert island. It was really kind of... unrealistic (they built a refrigerator using electric eels), but it was really long. I lost it, though :(

After that, I kind of lost interest until last year, when I started writing short stories. And now, this year, it's fanfiction :)
