Could I get some help with my Manga?

I'm working on a fan-made Pokemon manga. I need artists and story writers to collaborate with. It would be unpaid, but just for the love of Pokemon and manga :D
The story line is going to be on the darker side and it's aimed towards teens and adults.
Main Character: Graylin Elder (Gray)
Plot:
Professor Elder (Gray's mother) is one of the leading scientists in the world when it comes to studying Pokemon. Her studies have completely revolutionized how Pokemon and people communicate. Gray, growing up, always had to help his mother at the lab with her studies, but he always wanted something more. His mother thought to better understand Pokemon, we had to study them. Gray thought to better understand Pokemon, we had to grow with them and battle. Things take a turn for the worst however when a shady man breaks into Gray's house to steal his mother's technology. He ends up stealing the parcel and killing Gray's mother in the process, as she refused to give up the device, because of the destruction it could cause in the wrong hands. Gray comes home to the man standing over his lifeless mother and is quickly knocked out by the man as he escapes. Gray, after listening to his mother's last words, "gem", chases after the man in anger in hopes of revenge, but loses him.

CHAPTER 1

Gray -"Moooommm! What's for breakfast?"
Mom -"Well get out of bed and come see for yourself."
*gray tumbles downstairs*
Gray -"Uhm...what is it?"
Mom -"Just try it Graylin, you'll like it!"
Gray -"Bleh...Do we have any sugar to put in it?"
Mom -"Sweety, you don't need sugar this early in the morning."
Gray -"*spit* I'm going to see what Skye's family made."
Mom -"Gray, do you think Skye's family appreciates you always eating their food?"
Gray -"If they saw this, they would understand."
Mom -"*hmmm* Oh Gray..."
*knockknockknock*
Skye -"Hey Gray! You're late! I knew you'd be coming over here to eat."
Skye's Dad -"Gray! Not enjoying mom's
