GUYS, DO NOT READ THIS STORY, I WILL BE RE-WRITING A NEW ONE!!! IT WILL COME UP SOON!! DO NOT READ THIS ARTICE!!! Thank you.
Benedic hated the trip! It wasn't that bad though, it was at the beach, with rides and fast food restaurants and cool sights; except that where him and his family were going to stay for summer vacation was at an old castle that it once belonged to a prince. It was old and delapadated, it needed some paint and it smelled like someone died at the front steps of the castle.
"Dad," he grumbled. "Do we have to stay here?"
"Well all of the hotels are booked." his father explained. "And this hotelish castle was available! Come on son, I thought you liked castles and knights and all that stuff!"
"Yeah, when I was like ten!" he responded. "I'm fifteen now dad, I don't like those stuff anymore! I like other stuff now!"
"Oh don't worry sweetie!" comforted his mother. "You'll have fun! And maybe find something new?"
"Yeah, maybe you can find yourself a mermaid here!" joked his sister Deborah.
"Mermaids don't exist!" snapped Benedic. "They're just a myth!"
"I was just joking! Gosh!" mumbled Deborah.
Soon, the manager came out of the castle.
"Welcome!" greeted the manager with an acent. "Please come in!"
Benedic and his family came in. Inside wasn't so bad, it had paintings and statues from the royal family that once lived here many years ago. The manager soon began to mention about the paintings.
"This painting is the painting of Prince Andrew from the 1400s!" exclaimed the manager.
"Who's her?" asked Benedic pointing to a painting of a young girl with golden hair and peachy skin, wearing a blue dress, and had a sad look on her face.
"That's the Prince's friend, we really don't know her name, neither did the prince himself! And I think she disapeared at the night of the Prince's wedding!" responded the manager.
Benedic gazed at the painting of the young girl, he kept wondering why she was so sad in that painting. He thought that she was pretty, like a mermaid.
"Wakey, wakey!" whispered Deborah at his ear.
Benedic slightly jumped by his sister's surprise.
"Don't do that again!" bickered Benedic.
Deborah just sticked her tounge out, she later followed her parents and the manager, and so did her brother.
After a tour around the castle, the manager showed them their rooms. The family had seperate rooms, the parents would sleep at a room near the stairs; Deborah would sleep in a room halfway through the hall, and Benedic would sleep in a room at the very end of the hall, where it had a balcony with a beautiful veiw of the beach and the sea.
"Enjoy!" exclaimed the manager and left.
Benedic was at his guestroom, unpacking his stuff until he got distracted by the veiw. He went up to the balcony and gazed at the beach. He then looked farther out to the sea. That's when he noticed something; he noticed a young girl hiding behind a rock at the sea. He pondered for what reason was the girl hiding? He then headed back inside the room and continued to unpack his things.
