I think I might get killed for this..but I think I love Ares more lol It's not that Lucy did a bad job on Xena I never thought she did an overall fantastic one. I mean, Kevin was the most consistent of the two - and no matter what the writing - he seemed to get to grips with his character better.

Xena..well I think it is partly the writers fault. Lucy played Xena in the beginning but as the show went on and sub-text became more overbearing I found I was watching Lucy rather than Xena. Lucy was just..Lucy around Gabby. The only time I felt like Lucy was IC was with either Kevin or playing !EvilXena. I think that Xena just became a vehicle in her own story and less herself.
